Ítem Acceso abierto Therapeutic communication and its relationship with the emotional support perceived by family members from nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit at the National Hospital Dos de Mayo, Lima 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-23) Cruz Marca, Liced; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoThe research work entitled “Therapeutic Communication and Emotional Support perceived by the family member provided by the nurse in the ICU service of the Hospital Nacional dos de Mayo – Lima 2022” the central objective of this research is to determine the relationship that exists between therapeutic communication and the emotional support perceived by the family member provided by the nurse in the ICU service of the Dos de Mayo National Hospital Lima 2022, the present study is correlational, descriptive, cross-sectional, the population and sampling is 50 relatives of critically ill patients who are in the HNDM ICU waiting room, the technique used is the survey, the scale is Lickert type. The validation of the instrument was created in Peru, by Rosa Franco Canales in 2003. , Aiken's v test was used where a result of 1 was reached, and Cronbach's Alpha. 0.80, which is why it is maintained that the instrument is reliable.Ítem Acceso abierto Therapeutic communication of the nurse and adherence to treatment in patients with HIV, in a health center, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-01-14) Oscco Capcha, Lucina Emiliana; Fuentes Siles, María AngélicaObjective: determine the relationship between therapeutic communication from the nurse and adherence to treatment in patients with HIV, in a health center, Lima 2024. Methodology: the study will be quantitative with a hypothetical deductive approach applied. Design: descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional correlational scope. Sample: will be made up of a total population of 320 patients continuing antiretroviral treatment and a sample of 175 patients, with cluster sampling. The survey technique will be used and the instrument will be the Likerttype scale questionnaire for the therapeutic communication variable and the “SMAQ” questionnaire modified by the authors Lorena Castillo and Ana Saldaña in 2020 for the treatment adherence variable; which were validated and reliable to measure the target population and the variables in question. The collected data will be processed in SPSS 25 and the hypotheses will be tested using the Spearman correlation coefficient statistical test given the quantitative nature of the variables
