    Implementation of ict tools to improve the degree of optimization of organizational communicatio

    In educational institutions, communication is a vital element, which requires a functional dynamic and in accordance with the needs of the population and the number of students. The most used channels for teacher-parent communication are the students themselves, who on multiple occasions break it. Looking for tools that replace the traditional channel and help all the organizational communication of the school, InCSEI is presented, which allowed to identify the degree of improvement for the optimization of organizational communication, at the Gustavo Rojas Pinilla IED General School, in the city of Bogotá, in the year 2019. After its application, an analysis is carried out that includes descriptive statistics for the characterization and one-dimensional analysis of the variables; in turn, inferential statistics approaches for hypothesis testing, contrast analysis, variables, with the use of the software: the SPSS version 25, the Epi info, and the Gpower, version 3.1.9.2. It is possible to demonstrate the parents' perception with the use of the tool and their satisfaction in improving organizational communication.

    Influence of the sociocultural context and social pedagogy in the coexistence of children in Urabá, from the perception of teachers, Colombia - 2020

    The research focused on analyzing the influence exerted by the sociocultural context on the coexistence of children in public institutions in the region of Urabá, considering the importance of social pedagogy in daily practices; allowing to understand the social, economic and historical affectations of the territory. Therefore, it was structured methodologically as a basic research of mixed approach, from the qualitative it was inductive with a hermeneutic phenomenological design and from the quantitative hypothetical deductive with a non-experimental design and a causal correlational level. Fifty-three teachers from eight of the nine non-certified municipalities of the region: Arboletes, Carepa, Chigorodó, Murindó, Mutatá, Necoclí, San Juan de Urabá and San Pedro de Urabá of the department of Antioquia participated and were administered the ICSC test (Influence of the Social Context on Coexistence). Elaborated for the study and applied by means of a questionnaire and an-in-depth interview adapted for virtuality given the conditions of pandemic and social distancing; based on the three study variables: sociocultural context, social pedagogy and coexistence, for its qualitative analysis the Software Atlas Ti Version 8 was applied. 4.25 and for the quantitative a KMO and Barlett was used, which yielded the result that the context does influence coexistence and is reflected in the children's behavior, accepting the alternative hypothesis with a high reliability value given by Cronbach's alpha.
