Methodology/Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based medicine due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. (22) Results: 80% of the articles show that mobile applications promote a healthy lifestyle and improve health behaviors, in addition to being an innovative training tool, 20% of mobile applications are not prepared or adapted for elderly patients. Conclusions: 100% of the articles reviewed show that the use of mobile applications is effective in improving health care, promoting self-management of care for adult patients, and allowing permanent training of professionals, favoring multidisciplinary integration. .Ítem Acceso abierto Lifestyle habits of Health Sciences students at the Norbert Wiener University(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-09-27) Vargas Vásquez, Angelina; Uriarte Mendez, Yadav Candrika; Chávez Flores, Erik MarioThe proposed research had as its objective: Determine the lifestyles of Health Sciences students at the Norbert Wiener Private University. For this, the method was used. quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach. To carry out the study, there was a population of 4,394 students, of which a sample of 188 was used (for security reasons, 194 students were completed due to the possibility of loss). Using the formula for proportions (infinite population). The type of sampling was stratified probabilistic, the results with reference to the lifestyles of the Health Sciences students of the Norbert Wiener Private University show that 51% (99) presented an unhealthy lifestyle and 49% (95) a Healthy lifestyle. On the other hand, in the food dimension, it was evident that 52.6% (102) have a healthy lifestyle and 47.4% (92) have an unhealthy lifestyle; In physical activity, 33.50% (65) showed a healthy lifestyle and 66.50% (129) showed an unhealthy lifestyle. Lastly, in psychological activity, it was found that 54.1% (105) have a healthy lifestyle. unhealthy lifestyle and 45.9% (89) a healthy lifestyle. Finally, it was concluded that an unhealthy lifestyle predominates among Health Sciences students at Norbert Wiener University.
