Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. Of the systematic review of 10 articles, 80% were descriptive and 20% were systematic reviews. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. using the grade system to assign recommendation strength. Results:. 20% of articles found evidence of effectiveness, showing high levels of sensitivity and specificity. 70% of articles found evidence of effectiveness, showing adequate cut-off points for the prevalence of the disease and low recall rates. 10% of articles found evidence of effectiveness, showing good prognoses for mental development in newborns detected early.
