Anxiety and work performance in nursing staff in times of COVID 19 in the Cañete health network - Yauyos, 2021

Nursing professionals are regularly exposed to many of the usual stressors of administrative and daily care tasks, for which it has been determined to measure the level of each variable, through the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, which refers to manifestations neurovegetative, and the work performance instrument. The dimensions of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale are psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety, at the levels of absence of anxiety, mild, moderate and severe. The purpose of this research is to find the Anxiety levels of nursing staff in times of COVID 19. The approach is quantitative, applied, with a non-experimental descriptive, correlational and transectional design. The population was 120 nurses and the sample was 92. The survey was applied using two instruments; A questionnaire on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale will be used and the second on Work Performance directed after informed consent to the participants.

In health personnel, multiple risk components pre-exist that increase the vulnerability of suffering burnout, coping with pain, the death of people based on the performance of their work, as well as the lack of autonomy and in some cases of authority have an impact on the decisions, working quickly and even more so with long hours of work, as well as versatile tasks, exposure to health hazards, inadequate circumstances at work, insufficient wages, as well as little support from society. This research work will be carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout syndrome in health personnel who work in the Mental Health service of a Hospital in Ayacucho, 2021. The research has a quantitative approach. basic type, cross-sectional observational design. The population group will be made up of 32 personnel who work in the Mental Health service. For data collection, questionnaires will be used for both variables, prior to this with permission and respective consent of the informed consent of the collaborators, the first questionnaire consists of 27 questions, while the second questionnaire has 22 questions. The results will be compiled and then processed in an Excel program database to later be tabulated using the SPSS version 22 statistical program.

This project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. After obtaining the data, they will be entered into the statistical software and the results will be expressed in tables.

Objective: Determine the relationship between ergonomic risk factors and disability due to low back pain in workers in the production area of a company in the industrial sector, 2022. Material and method: Applied, correlational-non-experimental research, the sampling unit will be composed of 50 collaborators from the production area, in the tempera production and latex production sectors, from the industrial sector company. The data collection will be applied questionnaires developed by the researchers Páez Zaruma, Ravelo Sheyla and validated by the Crombach's Alpha coefficient through an expert judgment in 2019, for the participation of the workers, informed consent will be used, to analyze the The data will be entered into the Stata 14 program, which will allow the relative frequency variables obtained to be identified. For the quantitative variables, tables and graphs will be generated with their respective interpretation, using the non-parametric Chi-square test.

Knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022. Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022 Methodology: Corresponds to a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will be made up of 80 adolescent mothers who attend DIRIS Lima Centro health facilities, during the months of August, September and October of 2022. In addition, the inclusion criteria will be pregnant mothers who attend the Santa Rosa Health Center. of Lima, Villa María Perpetuo Socorro Health Center and Rescate Health Post, pregnant adolescent mothers from 14 to 17 years of age, adolescent mothers who speak Spanish, and adolescent mothers whose parents have signed the informed consent, which will endorse their participation in the research. To collect the information, the survey will be used and the instrument will be the questionnaire. Therefore, the participants will have to answer the questionnaire adapted from Obregón's research carried out in 2018. This questionnaire will be made up of 30 questions: 20 questions related to knowing the level of knowledge about breastfeeding (breastfeeding, breast milk, advantages and breastfeeding techniques) and 10 questions regarding breastfeeding practices (breastfeeding and breastfeeding techniques).

The present research work is deductive, quantitative, of a transversal - correlational type that aims to "Determine the Level of Knowledge about diabetic foot prevention and its relationship with self-care in patients with M2 Diabetes at the San Juan de Miraflores Health Center during the period July - August 2021", will have a population of 96 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of Diabetes M2 from the San Juan de Miraflores Health Center, 2 instruments will be used for data collection, one will measure the level of knowledge about diabetic foot prevention and another instrument will be a test that will determine self-care, both instruments will evaluate the 3 dimensions to be investigated: Risk factors, Hygiene and care of the foot and signs and symptoms of complications, thus it will also be counted. with the informed consent that will be given to each patient before completing the questionnaire. The results of each item will be entered into an Excel program database, then the SPSS 21 data processing program will be used for analysis, and graphs will also be used for variable 1 and 2, separately, and comparative graphs. . The Chi square independence of criteria test will be applied, significance level of 0.05.

Introduction: The theme of this study is about stress and job satisfaction of nursing staff who work in the emergency area. Both aspects are closely linked, since if the nurse is affected by stress, it will have an impact on his or her job satisfaction. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of stress and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Emergency area of a National Hospital, Callao 2022. Material and Method: The study will be applied, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational scope. The population will be nurses from the Emergency service, during the period from June to December 2022. Two Likert-type scale instruments will be used, prior authorization and signing of the informed consent of the participants. Results: A matrix will be created in Excel with the collected data, the information will be transferred to a SPSS version 26.0 software program, to prepare the tables, figures and inferential statistics that will test the hypotheses to determine the possible relationships between both variables of the study. through Spearman's non-parametric test.

The population was made up of 40 hemodialysis patients, taking all patients as a sample, the technique was the interview and the instrument was a questionnaire which was validated by 5 expert judges and with reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.804. Data collection would be carried out with the authorization of the head of the service and the informed consent of the participants.

The present research project will be developed with the objective of determining the relationship between nursing care and the satisfaction of patients with hemodialysis therapy in the private clinic of Lima, 2021. The study has a quantitative, descriptive, and design approach. experimental and cross-sectional. The study population will be made up of a total of 90 patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy in the private clinic in Lima. Data collection technique and instrument: two questionnaires will be used, directed after authorization and informed consent of the participants, one with 35 questions and the other with 21 questions, the results will be collected and processed, coded and entered into a design database in Excel. and they will be tabulated and processed under a system, using the SPSS version 22 statistical package.

The purpose of this research study is to determine the level of occupational risk in the nursing staff who work in the Central Sterilization service of the Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo Hospital, Essalud, Chiclayo 2021. This research will be applicative, quantitative, with a descriptive and cross-sectional method; with a population and census sample of 28 people, who are part of the nursing staff (technicians and nurses) of the Central Sterilization service of the Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo Hospital, Essalud. The survey will be used as a technique; In addition, we will use a questionnaire whose answers are given dichotomously, which presents a modified Likert-type scale, which will be worked on after informed consent. To measure the level of occupational risk in nursing staff, the questionnaire created and validated by researchers Escobar Gonzales, Dania and Vargas Vargas, Rebeca will be used; instrument composed of 33 items in five dimensions, biological, chemical, physical, psychosocial, and ergonomic risk. This research has a high reliability on the Kunder Richardson rating scale of 0.816. The results will be studied and analyzed statistically and presented in a didactic manner using tables or figures.

Objective: Determine the quality of nursing care perceived by relatives of pediatric patients at a Hospital in Lima, 2020. Material and methods: The research is quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional. It will be carried out with the population made up of 300 relatives of patients from the Pediatrics service of a Hospital in Lima in 2020, delimiting 58 caregivers with the sampling formula. To collect data, the survey technique will be applied, and as an instrument the questionnaire adapted and validated by the researcher Vilcas (13) in her study in 2018 will be used. This questionnaire is self-applicable, lasting approximately 10- 15 minutes; Consisting of 25 questions, with 3 response alternatives measured on a Likert scale: Always (3) points, Sometimes (2) points and Never (1) point, where the quality of nursing care perceived by the family member accompanying the patient is evaluated. hospitalized child with respect to its 3 dimensions: technical-scientific dimension, human dimension and environment. The measurement results being: high (61-75 points), medium (43-60 points) and low (25-42 points). The sample was made up of 100 nurses who are managers of the hospital under study, to whom the instruments “Questionnaire for the study of Bar-On emotional intelligence” and the “Personal and interpersonal leadership evaluation scale” were applied. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: Permission from the institution will be obtained through the Head of the Nursing Department, and then the collaborators will be informed of the content of the research project. Their participation will also be requested through informed consent. . Subsequently, the respective questionnaires will be applied, the data will be emptied into the Excel program, its validity will be verified in terms of completion and the descriptive and inferential analysis will be carried out. Statistical Analysis: It will include a descriptive analysis and an inferential analysis through Spearman's Rho test.

The population will be made up of 1,200 patients treated in the general surgery service, with a sample of 291 patients treated during the months of January and July 2021, the study and analysis that will be obtained through the application of the SERVQUAL evaluation instrument adapted to measure satisfaction levels based on patients' perceptions and expectations, evaluated in 5 dimensions (reliability, responsiveness, security, empathy, tangible aspects. One of the most exposed professions is nursing and in the context of the pandemic this has had a highly negative impact. Due to this, it is essential that all professionals show and implement coping strategies to avoid damaging their mental health in the development of their work. in the COVID-19 context. Objective: Determine the relationship between stress and coping strategies in the nursing staff of the COVID area of a Hospital in Lima Norte, 2022. Material. Method: The study is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive correlational with cross section. The population is made up of a total of 75 nurses who work in the COVID-19 areas of a Hospital in Lima Norte. To measure the level of stress in these professionals, the nursing stress scale will be used with validity of 0.97 and reliability of 98%. To assess coping strategies, the COPE questionnaire will be used with a validity of 1.0 and a reliability of 0.743. The instruments will be applied virtually, with informed consent. Descriptive and correlational statistical analysis will be carried out.

Population: 150 Families served at the Punchauca Health Post, Carabayllo Sample: 150 families from sectors I, III, V, VII that have children under 36 months with anemia, the families will be chosen according to the inclusion criteria, whose head of household will allow them to sign the informed consent. In turn, heads of family who do not attend the health post will be excluded. The informants of the study will be the mothers of the family in their entirety after prior information.

Work environment and its relationship with work stress, in workers of the Ministry of Health, Lima, 2022

The objective of this research project was to determine the relationship that exists between the work environment and work stress in workers of the Ministry of Health. The study had a quantitative approach, of applied type, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a correlational scope, the method used was the hypothetical deductive method. The total population was 4,000 workers and the sample was 351 workers, which was determined through a formula with a 5% margin of error and a 95% confidence level. The instruments used were the Sonia Palma Work Climate Scale (CL-SPC) and the Scale designed by the International Labor Organization and the World Health Organization (ILO-WHO), “Work Stress Scale”, for the application Informed consent was applied to both instruments.
