Publicación Acceso abierto Factores contaminantes y los indicios biológicos en la escena del crimen, según peritos de la división de investigación criminal de Chiclayo, 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-23) Moreto Santos, Segundo Alindor; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosThe main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between contaminating factors and biological evidence at the crime scene, according to Experts from the Chiclayo Criminal Investigation Division, 2019. This study is of a hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, Basic type, observational descriptive correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample is 30 experts from DIVINCRI. The survey was used as a technique and as an instrument, two questionnaires prepared by the researcher. The reliability of the instruments for the independent variable yielded a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.817 and for the dependent variable 0.794, which determines that the instruments are reliable. According to the hypothesis test, the Spearman correlation coefficient indicates a statistically significant, moderate and inversely proportional linear relationship between both variables (rho = - 0.527 (p <0.05)), so the higher the level of contaminating factors, the less evidence Biologicals at the crime scene. Among the results obtained, 47.1% of the experts who indicate a high level of human contaminating factors indicate a low level of biological evidence; likewise, 44.4% of experts who indicate a high level of environmental contaminating factors indicate a low level of biological evidence; On the other hand, 47.6% of experts who indicate a high level of contaminating factors indicate a low level of biological evidence. It is recommended to carry out training for DIVINCRI personnel, as a prevention strategy for contamination at the crime scene.
