Materials and Methods: A systematic review of the 10 scientific articles that synthesizes the multiple investigations was used. Which are part of evidence-based nursing due to its rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions, the articles were found in the following database Scielo, Lipecs, Lilacs, Medline and Pubmed. 10 articles were chosen, from countries such as South Africa, Brazil, Croatia, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Spain. Considering the research designs, nine Cohort studies and one randomized clinical trial were included. Results: Of the total of 10 articles analyzed, 100% show a cost effectiveness in the implementation of the human papillomavirus vaccine in an immunization program. . Conclusions: It was evident that the 10 articles refer that there is Cost Effectiveness in the implementation of the vaccine against the human papillomavirus in an immunization program, showing in the articles that in their respective countries the incidence of cervical cancer caused by human papillomavirus despite the high cost of the vaccine.
