Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of intraosseous access insertion for emergency care in out-of-hospital situations(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-11-24) Távara Dávila, María Celinda; Mendoza Villanueva de Cáceres, Judith Beatriz; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of the insertion of the intraosseous line for the care of patients in out-of-hospital emergency situations. Material and Methods: Systematic review, randomized clinical trials, review of retrospective cohort studies, subjected to critical selection, using the GRADE evaluation system determining its strength, quality for the identification of the degree of evidence, found in the following databases: Dialnet, PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Results: Of the 10 articles systematically selected, 50% (n=5/10) are systematic reviews, 20% (n= 2/10) are randomized clinical trials and 30% (n=3/10) are retrospective cohort . Of the results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study, they come from the countries of Spain (40%), the United States (30%), Holland (10%), France (10%) and Germany (10%). . Of the studies demonstrated, 100% (n=10) indicate the effectiveness of the insertion of the intraosseous line for the care of patients in an out-of-hospital emergency situation. Conclusion: It is concluded that the intraosseous route demonstrates the effectiveness of the insertion of the intraosseous route for care in patients in out-of-hospital emergency situations, both in pediatric patients and in adult patients.
