Adherence to treatment and quality of life of the hemodialysis patient in a clinic in Lima - 2022

Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between adherence to treatment and the quality of life of the patient on hemodialysis in a Clinic in Lima Methodology: The type of research will correspond to the applied, the approach to the quantitative, the design will be observational, level correlational, and cross-sectional. Population and Sample: The population addressed will correspond to 100 patients, to which the respective probabilistic calculation will be carried out, determining that the sample will be equivalent to 81 individuals. The corresponding instruments will be applied to this sample in the period from November to December 2022. Technique and Instruments: The technique to be applied will be the survey and the instruments to be applied correspond to the questionnaires for evaluating therapeutic adherence and quality of life ( Health Survey-SF36), which have a Cronbach's Alpha reliability equivalent to 0.85 and 0.83 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The data will be recorded in an Excel template for classification and control, being processed, and the existing relationship between the variables treated in the research will be established, through the Chi Square statistical test to count the study. with qualitative variables.

Introduction. The first years of life are crucial, which is why research currently affirms that problems in adulthood originate in the first stages of life. The Apgar test measures the adaptation and vitality of the newborn after birth. Objective: Determine the relationship between the Apgar test scores at the first and fifth minute of life and the psychomotor development of the child from 12 to 30 months of age who attends the José Hernán Soto Hospital Cadenillas de Chota 2022. Materials and methods: Research with quantitative approach, non-experimental or observational design, transversal -retrospective. The population will be made up of 111 children between 12 and 30 months old attended in the 2022 growth and development clinic. The sample will be probabilistic and will be made up of 86 children. The STATS TM 2.0 program will be used to determine the sample. The technique to be used is documentary analysis for the Apgar Test and the Peruvian Child Development Assessment Test for psychomotor development, subsequently a base will be developed with the SPSS-V25 statistical program, the data analysis will be carried out using descriptive statistics, allowing an inferential analysis to be carried out that establishes the relationship of the variables; To contrast the statements, Perason's chi-square will be used.

The objective of the study is: “To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, 2022, the methodology; quantitative approach, correlational, non-experimental and transversal design of applied type, the sample will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, since the population is small, we will work with everyone so it will be census On the other hand, two instruments that have been previously validated will be used; For the collection of information, a time of no more than 25 minutes will be established for each study subject, the data analysis will be using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26; To test the hypothesis, the Spearman test will be used; and finally they will be presented in a table and graphs.

The design to be used will be non-experimental correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable “Early Attachment”, a structured survey developed by Guzmán in 2015, reliable through the binomial test of 0.8, will be used as an instrument and to measure the variable “Breastfeeding”, the observation guide developed will be used. by Román in 2019, reliable through Cronbach's alpha with 0.92. Data collection technique will be the survey and observation guide. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out by applying statistical description, graphic representations and the chi-square test will be used to determine the relationship between early attachment and breastfeeding.

Early contact between mother and child creates and promotes the emotional bond, continuously increasing maternal self-esteem, reducing anxiety, improving the feeling of acceptance in the new role and satisfaction during the birth process, therefore, it is essential in the development and survival of the newborn. That is why the objective of this research is; determine the level of early contact of the newborn in the neonatology service in a maternal and child center, Lima, 2019. Regarding the study methodology, the type is descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, we will work with a population of 92 mothers, also being a minimum amount, we will work with the 92 mothers as a sample. Regarding the instruments, an observation sheet consisting of 14 items will be used. In the data analysis, the statistical programs Excell 2013 and Spss with version 25.0 will be used to prepare frequency tables and bar graphs for the presentation of results, thereby providing the conclusions and recommendations of the case. .

Methodological design: the type of research will be applied. The method will be deductive, observational, descriptive and transversal. The design that will be used will be correlational. Instruments: it will be the humanized care perception questionnaire composed of 4 dimensions and 22 dimensions, reliable through Crombach's alpha 0.789. The coping questionnaire called escaps is composed of 5 dimensions and 47 items, reliable using Crombach's alpha 0.950. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: it will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and the inferential statistics through the application of the chi square test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.

Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be non-experimental, hypothetical-deductive quantitative. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "job satisfaction" the questionnaire adapted by Sonia Palma Carrillo in 2011, reliable through Crombach's Alpha of 0.733, will be used and to evaluate the variable "quality of nursing care" the questionnaire adapted by Patricia Larson will be applied in the 2019, reliable through Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.88. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson Correlation) or non-parametric tests (Spearman's Rho Correlation).

Methodology: type of basic, quantitative research. Design, descriptive, correlational, transversal. The population will be 23 nurses (8 graduates and 15 technicians) who meet the selection criteria. Data collection techniques and instruments: A survey will be applied to collect data, using the knowledge questionnaire and the Likert-type attitude scale in nursing staff. Procedures: it will be carried out in 90 days, at the Sterilization Center of the Honorio Delgado Regional Hospital in Arequipa. Subsequently, a database will be created and the information will be transcribed into the SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Statistical analysis: for the descriptive data analysis of quantitative variables, measures of central tendency and dispersion will be used, for the absolute and relative quantitative frequency variables; Pearson's dependency test for the relationship between knowledge and attitude.

It is the commitment of Nursing in the Sterilization Center to rigorously comply with processes of cleaning, packaging, sterilization/disinfection, storage and distribution of medical devices, for this it is important to have the theory and that the attitudes are favorable to prevent risks and possible harm to the user. . The objective of this academic work is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of Nursing staff regarding cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of medical devices in the Sterilization Center of a hospital in Lima, 2020. Quantitative study, descriptive approach with correlational, cross-sectional method. The technique will be the survey, the Knowledge Questionnaire and the Likert-type Attitude Scale will be the instruments, the content validity of both instruments by experts is 83% and the reliability is 0.7 for the Questionnaire and 0.9 for the Attitude-type Scale. Likert using Crombach's α formula. After having collected the data, they will be processed using SPSS 26.0 statistical program. Spearman's correlation coefficient will be applied, which will serve to measure strength and direction when associating these two variables. Your results will be presented in statistical graphs and tables, with data interpretation and analysis.

Introduction: Pressure injuries (PLI) are one of the 5 most frequent injuries experienced by patients in the world. In Peru, LPP have a prevalence between 11.4 and 16%; hence the need for knowledge, management and nursing care. Objective: Determine how knowledge is related to practices on prevention and care of pressure injuries (LPP) in nurses from the topic of non-medical procedures of the Rebagliati Network – EsSalud, Lima 2022. Methodology: The type of research will correspond to the applied one. , the approach to be addressed will be quantitative, and the proposed design will be observational, with a scope called correlational. This research, intentionally and for convenience, will be limited to a census sample of 80 licensed nursing professionals (nurses), who will be surveyed with two documentary instruments: the Mass-Valle LPP Prevention Knowledge Questionnaire, and, the Zurita LPP Nursing Care Practices Questionnaire; which have a reliability determined by KR-20=0.69, and Cronbach's Alpha=0.87 respectively. Data processing and analysis: the statistical analysis will be carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics using the Spearman correlation coefficient as the variables are qualitative in nature.

Population and sample: The study sample is 68 nursing professionals who work in hospitalization, ER, ICU and meet the established research criteria. Technique and instruments: For the first variable “Leadership Styles”, the Survey will be used and as an instrument a questionnaire with a Likert scale with three dimensions to be evaluated: “authoritarian”, “democratic” and “liberal or laissez faire” and the second variable “ "job satisfaction" in the same way a Likert-type questionnaire will be used with two dimensions to be evaluated: "intrinsic factors" and "extrinsic factors". Data processing and analysis: Data will be analyzed and processed through descriptive statistics through Spss 23 and Microsoft Excel where the tables and graphs corresponding to both research variables will be tabulated.

Objective: Determine the level of knowledge about autoclave sterilization in the nursing staff of the sterilization center of a Hospital in Juliaca, 2021. Methodology: Quantitative, applied, observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study. The population is made up of 29 health personnel who work in the sterilization center of a Hospital in Juliaca. The technique will be the survey and the instrument will be a questionnaire consisting of 30 questions in 4 dimensions, validated by the researcher Villanueva Soplín Marylú, with a reliability of 0.83 through the Splith-Halves method. Data processing and analysis plan: The collected data will first be emptied into the Microsoft Excel version 2013 program, then sent to the SPSS statistical package version 25.0 to be processed. The results will be presented in tables for their respective analysis and interpretation for subsequent evaluation of the study variable. Ethical aspects: The research will be subject to bioethical principles and will be sent to the university ethics committee for evaluation.

The population will consist of diabetic patients with CKD treated in the Non-communicable Diseases Unit of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in 2021 according to the selection criteria. Sampling will not be carried out. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used and the instrument that will be used is the “Therapeutic Adherence Questionnaire.” Validation and reliability: This questionnaire was validated by expert judgment; its reliability in a pilot test resulted in a Cronbach's alpha value equal to 0.799. Data processing and analysis plan: Patients will be identified with the database that is available for each one, then they will be visited to conduct the survey.
