    Estrategia pedagógica para mejorar el desarrollo psicomotriz a través del baloncesto: un estudio sobre las deficiencias cognitivas en estudiantes

    The research carried out is mainly due to the need to develop a program that allows them to improve development young people with cognitive impairments psychomotor, since public education in its most remote institutions do not possess curricula suited to students with special educational needs NEE (by its acronym in Spanish) permitting inclusion through basketball. To this end, developed a research of qualitative order, in which through a descriptive and exploratory study and using basketball as education strategy, is to structure a program with young people with cognitive impairments, and through test pre – sportive of basketball, was measured progress in motor and psychological activities among which stands out the coexistence and teamwork. The research was conducted with twenty-eight (28) young cognitive disabilities, which was evaluated before, during and subsequent to the development of the strategy, being the fundamental results to establish its applicability to improve the young people with NEE psychomotor development.
