This research was carried out in order to determine how the application of the training project in and for democracy improves the acquisition of citizenship skills in the students belonging to the eleventh grade classroom council in 2016 of the Santa school Luisa from Bogota. In order to achieve a successful investigative process, three objectives were considered, which are framed within the possibility of determining to what extent the application of the training project in and for democracy improves the knowledge of citizen competences regarding peaceful coexistence, Democratic accountability and participation; In addition, those concerning respect for difference and plurality within the Santa Luisa school. Thus, we used a quantitative research, with a pre-experimental design and a GE scheme: O1 X O2; Likewise, for the data collection, the documentary collection and the focus group were handled. Regarding the analysis of results, it was done through coding and descriptive statistics. The population that worked was the 40 students belonging to the eleventh grade classroom councils of the Santa Luisa school for the year 2016, being they also chosen as a sample and to whom they were applied a test of entrance (pretest) and one Of exit (postest), in order to corroborate the hypothesis. The use of the z-test rejected the null hypothesis in relation to the dimensions of the citizen's competences. Therefore, the main conclusion was that the implementation of the training project in and for democracy in the Santa Luisa school, knowledge Of the citizens' competences in the students belonging to the eleventh grade classroom councils.

Transparencia pública y participación ciudadana en la municipalidad distrital de Anra, Ancash Perú 2025

El estudio se desarrolló en la Municipalidad Distrital de Anra, Áncash, durante el año 2025, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre la implementación de prácticas de transparencia pública y la percepción de participación ciudadana en dicha entidad. Metodología. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo no experimental y nivel correlacional, sustentado en el método hipotético-deductivo. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 250 personas, de las cuales el 53,3 % fueron mujeres y el 46,7 % hombres, predominando los niveles educativos secundario (39,5 %) y universitario (35,5 %). Resultados. Las prácticas de transparencia fueron valoradas, en general, como regulares. Se evidenció una mejor percepción respecto de la información disponible sobre proyectos de inversión, mientras que la publicación de sueldos y beneficios de funcionarios obtuvo la calificación más baja. Conclusiones. La participación ciudadana también fue percibida como regular, sobresaliendo una mayor disposición a involucrarse en audiencias públicas y procesos de rendición de cuentas. La prueba de Spearman mostró correlaciones positivas y significativas entre la transparencia pública y la participación ciudadana (ρ = 0,880; p = 0,000), así como en las dimensiones audiencias (ρ = 0,858), quejas (ρ = 0,846) y rendición de cuentas (ρ = 0,771). En conjunto, los hallazgos demuestran que una gestión municipal más transparente se asocia con un mayor involucramiento ciudadano en los procesos públicos.
