The research study used the hypothetical-deductive method with a quantitative approach. The research design was observational, cross-sectional, and prospective, with a sample of 250 merchants from the Plaza Villa Sur Market. The research results revealed that the factors most significantly associated with dropout from ongoing dental treatment, according to sociodemographic characteristics, were difficulty attending the dentist due to lack of money (p = 0.0346) and having received inadequate care during the consultation (p = 0.0075) with age, fear of seeing syringes and needles (p = 0.0198) and discomfort from the noise of some instruments used during consultations (p = 0.0209) with gender, and difficulty attending the dentist due to lack of money (p = 0.0024) and delays in dental care (p = 0.0386) with socioeconomic status. Dentists perform high-risk procedures, so it is essential to understand the events that may endanger patients. This study aims to determine the level of patient safety culture among licensed dentists in Lima city, 2021, using a deductive methodology, quantitative approach, and basic type. It is an observational, descriptive, prospective, and cross-sectional study, in which a survey created by John B. Sexton (2006) was used, administered through the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ), with a validation via factor analysis and a reliability coefficient of Raykov of 0.9. Virtual platforms were used to gather the necessary data. The sample included 378 licensed dentists in the Lima region, with 43.4% identifying a high level of safety culture, 55.8% a medium level, and 0.8% a low level. This is the case for the dental profession and the care provided by professionals in this field, particularly at the Hugo Pesce Pescetto Hospital in the city of Andahuaylas, Apurímac department, in 2021. Objective: To determine the quality of dental care received by the population of the Pochccota population center who attend the Hugo Pesce Pescetto Hospital in Andahuaylas, Apurímac, in 2021. Material and Methods: A descriptive, prospective survey-based study will be conducted, with a sample of 365 residents of the Pochccota population center who attend outpatient services at the Hugo Pesce Pescetto Hospital's dentistry service. The study will assess their perception of the quality of care received and their satisfaction. Statistically, the frequency and percentage of the data will be determined using statistical significance in SPSS. Reliability will be determined using the chi-square method or Cronbach's alpha. A background database will be created in Excel 2020 software, and will be transferred to IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 for further analysis.
