    Care has an educational profile of relating to an individual, it makes him conceive as a duty to care, respect and take personal responsibility, between two people with their own dimension in which values, knowledge, dedication, commitment, service vocation. Caring is looking after the well-being of the other person and is inherent to human nature, in such a way that an individual is capable of worrying about the risk that the other person suffers some harm or increasing their well-being, health professionals They have this principle as the foundation of their work, taking into account the needs and/or weaknesses of the patients, in order to carry out actions that ensure the physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals under their care, in especially if they are minors. Immunization is a fundamental part of the human right to good health. Vaccination prevents death between 2 to 3 million people each year according to the global action plan. Materials and Methods: Research approach and design. The present study has a quantitative approach, non-experimental or observational design, descriptive cross-sectional, since it allows the research to be shown completely acquired in a given time and space. Population, Sample and Sampling: The population was organized by 100 mothers of children under twelve months of age who belong to the Broad Immunization program. Participants were selected taking into account the analysis of interest, including inclusion and exclusion criteria.

    Influencia de la falta de argumentación de las resoluciones judiciales en el delito de trata de personas

    Debido a la corrupción, la venta de sustancias prohibidas y la delincuencia se suma el problema de la prostitución en adolescentes, quienes son captadas y obligadas a incurrir en explotación sexual, siendo el periodo del 2023 se han registrado 250 denuncias por casos de trata de personas. Cuyo objetivo de investigación es determinar la influencia de la falta de argumentación de las resoluciones judiciales en el delito de trata de personas. La metodología usada fue cualitativa, de nivel explicativo y descriptivo, diseño no experimental, cuya técnica consiste en recolección de información, análisis bibliográfico. Como resultado de esta investigación se identificó un caso de estudio que sirvió para contrastar la realidad con aspectos teóricos y las diversas posturas de autores, se pudo apreciar la falta de argumentación jurídica en el delito de trata de personas. Concluyendo que la falta de argumentación si influye en las resoluciones judiciales en el delito de trata de personas, y se determinó que la justificación interna si influye en las resoluciones judiciales en el delito de trata de personas, se exhorta a las autoridades tomar más interés en este tipo de delitos.
