Management of sanitation services and its impact on the social development of communal organizations of Pomata, Puno 2023

Sanitation services as a human right and objective of sustainable development continue to be a global problem; Therefore, State interventions are oriented to achieve universal access, equitably affordable, safe and acceptable. In this framework, the objective of this research was to analyze how the management of sanitation services impacts the social development of communal organizations in the Pomata district. Methodologically, it was developed under the qualitative approach, with an inductive method, case study design through the application of interview and observation to the users and board of directors of the communal organization and the person responsible for the municipal technical area; and, the analysis was done with the support of Atlas - ti software. The results showed that the management of sanitation services is deficient in terms of financial management, management capacity, technical capacity, water quality, and preventive and corrective maintenance; but it continues to have a positive impact on the social development of community organizations, referring to health, health education, healthy housing and economic benefit of user families. It was concluded that the management of sanitation services is deficient and unsustainable; since the weakness lies in little co-responsibility of the organizations and weak State institutions to accompany sustainability actions; so that efficient and sustainable management continues to be one of the challenges of public policy in the sanitation sector.

Management of the Rural Agrarian Productive Development Program and the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí, Lima, Peru, 2023

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the Management of the rural agrarian productive development program and the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí, Lima Peru 2023. For which it was developed under a methodology quantitative, applied, correlational descriptive level, nonexperimental design and cross-sectional research scope. A sample made up of 100 small and medium-sized agricultural producers from the province in question was used; two questionnaires on an ordinal scale were used as instruments to carry out the measurement. The results were obtained that 59% of the small and medium agricultural producers surveyed indicated a medium level of Management of the Rural Agrarian Productive Development Program; followed by 21% a low level and 20% a high level. Likewise, 58% of small and medium agricultural producers indicated that they perceive a medium level of business competitiveness; followed by 27% indicated a high level and 22% a low level. By applying Spearman's Rho test, a positive correlation measurement coefficient of (r = 0.692) was obtained and the significance found (p = 0.000), the latter being less than the established maximum error of 0.05, allowing the proposed hypothesis to be verified. initially, generating the conclusion that the Management of the rural agrarian productive development program is significantly and at the same time positively related to the competitiveness of small and medium-sized agricultural producers in the province of Huarochirí 2023.

Public policies for the formalization of property and socioeconomic development in the district of Lagunas, province of Chiclayo, Peru 2022

The general objective of this research was to identify the impact of public policies for the formalisation of property on the socio-economic development of the district of Lagunas, province of Chiclayo, Peru 2022. The method was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and explanatory. The population is the inhabitants of the district of Lagunas, province of Chiclayo, department of Lambayeque; the sample is made up of 100 inhabitants, distributed in the villages of Mocupe Tradicional, Úcupe and Nuevo Mocupe. The technique used was the survey and two questionnaires were used as instruments, which were tested for content validity by experts, with a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.81 for the independent variable and 0.85 for the dependent variable. In general, it was concluded that public policies for the formalisation of property do have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the district of Lagunas, province of Chiclayo Peru 2022, verified with the Chi-square statistic with a value of 38.676, sig < 0.05, the goodness of fit of the ordinal regression is sig<0.05, a Nagelkerke R2 of 0.377, which explains the model by 37.7%; and wald values different from zero, which validates the verification of the hypotheses.
