El 20% (2/10) refieren que no se halló efecto positivo del programa de estimulación temprana.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of an early stimulation program for the motor development of children under 5 years old(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-08-26) Olortegui Leon, Luzmila; Valencia Llashag, Estefani Lucero; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: To systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of an early stimulation program for the motor development of children under 5 years old. Materials and Methods: A systematic, observational, and retrospective review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary studies. These are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific clinical practice questions. The search was limited to full-text articles, and the selected articles underwent critical reading, using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendations. Conclusions: 8 of the 10 articles analyzed show that early stimulation is effective for the motor development of children under 5 years old. 20% (2/10) report that no positive effect was found from the early stimulation program.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of music therapy in improving psychomotor development in children under 3 years(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-01) Cahua Calderon, Elena Edith; Ramirez Jara, Maritza Delina; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: to systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of music therapy to improve psychomotor development in children under 3 years of age. Material and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative study subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system to identify the grade, the search was carried out for the articles where 10 articles were selected, where the degree of evidence found was included. in the following databases: pubmed, Scielo, google academic, dialnet. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 20% (n= 2/10) are systematic reviews, 10% (n= 1/10) are meta-analysis, 30% (n= 3/10) are cohort studies, 20 %(n=2/10) randomized controlled trial study, 10% (n= 1/10) is a descriptive study and 10% (n= 1/10) is a quantitative study. They come from the countries of Peru (30%), followed by Mexico (20%), Spain (10%), USA (10%), Ecuador (10%), (10 %) Chile, and Brazil (10%).Conclusion: It is concluded from the studies analyzed that through music therapy it has a significant result in the psychomotor growth of children, preventing disorders and deficits in children under 3 years of age.
