Evaluación de peritajes ambientales en delitos ambientales investigados por las fiscalías especializadas en materia ambiental de Lima, Lima Norte y Ucayali - 2019-2020

The main purpose of this investigation was to determine how the commission of environmental crimes committed in the departments of Lima and Ucayali should be better accredited, for this purpose the objective is to assess: and assess the relationship between the official environmental expert reports issued by the Forensic Team in Environmental Matters of the Public Ministry and the investigation of environmental crimes in the fiscal districts of Lima, North Lima and Ucayali. Likewise, the study applies the methodology of the qualitative approach of basic type, since with this methodology a reality is evident, promoting new ways of understanding phenomena, in the same way as a population there are forensic experts in environmental matters of the Forensic Team in Environmental Matters, the Prosecutors Specialized in Environmental Matters of Lima, North Lima and Ucayali and Judges who know environmental criminal proceedings. Finally, it is estimated that this study will serve as a basis for future investigations, having reached the conclusion that: the official expert report on environmental crimes is relevant when it has technical, regulatory and scientific support, the use of these criteria in the expert opinion allows to determine irrefutably that the fact investigated configures the environmental criminal type that has been imputed.

La gestión de los residuos sólidos frente al derecho a vivir en un ambiente saludable en el distrito Metropolitano de Lima, periodo 2020 - 2021

Introducción: La gestión de residuos sólidos en Lima es crucial para garantizar un ambiente saludable y proteger el entorno. La forma en que se recopilan, tratan y eliminan los residuos afecta la calidad de vida de la comunidad y la salud ambiental. Objetivo: Analizar cómo impacta la gestión de los residuos sólidos y el derecho a vivir en un ambiente saludable en el distrito Metropolitano de Lima, periodo 2020-2021. Metodología: El enfoque del estudio fue cualitativo, con un diseño de teoría fundamentada, de tipo básico. Resultado: Se ha determinado que en la gestión incluyeron la falta de infraestructura y segregación ineficiente. En conclusión: La gestión de residuos sólidos en Lima es fundamental para proteger el derecho de sus habitantes a un ambiente saludable, siendo lo más importante la necesidad de preservar la calidad del ambiente y promover la estética urbana. Lo que más ayudó en la gestión de residuos sólidos fueron los esfuerzos de la comunidad. Lo más difícil de identificar fue los impactos a largo plazo en salud y ambiente, y medir la efectividad de políticas de gestión de residuos es complicado.

La preocupación ambiental y el comportamiento ecológico de los estudiantes de la universidad Santiago de Cali – Colombia- año, 2018

The present work of investigation has principal aim determine the relation between the environmental worry and the ecological behavior of the students of the University Santiago of Cali - Colombia, year 2018; the type was applied of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the sample belonged 375 students, the technology was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, of quantitative approach. One thought that 52,0% of the students perceives of regular level the worry for the environmental problematics that crosses his locality, being the most out-standing dimensions the "Alarm" and the "Locus of control" and the focused one to improving the "Social worry"; and that 50,9% of the students considers of regular level his ecological behavior, being the dimensions more out-standing the "Conservation of the energy" and the "Consumption" and the focused one to improving the "Residues". One concludes that there exists direct and considerable relation (Rho's value = 0,656 and value of p = 0,000) between the environmental worry and the ecological behavior of the students; direct relation exists between each of the dimensions of the variable "environmental Worry" (alarm, comfort, domestic control, social worry, received economy, information and locus of control) with the variable one "Ecological behavior".
