    Burnout syndrome and quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency and disaster service of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2022

    In recent times, changes have emerged in the labor field; The long work hours and the constant competition at a professional level in order to obtain and retain has put people's health at risk. The objective of the study is: “To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, 2022, the methodology; quantitative approach, correlational, non-experimental and transversal design of applied type, the sample will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, since the population is small, we will work with everyone so it will be census On the other hand, two instruments that have been previously validated will be used; For the collection of information, a time of no more than 25 minutes will be established for each study subject, the data analysis will be using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26; To test the hypothesis, the Spearman test will be used; and finally they will be presented in a table and graphs.

    Level of knowledge of the nursing professional and its relationship with the capacity to respond to the situation of the disaster with a massive balance of victims in the face of an earthquake in the emergency service, 2021

    Methodology is descriptive, retrospective with a quantitative cross-sectional approach. The population will be 90 nursing professionals who provide care in the emergency area of an EsSalud hospital in Lima in 2021, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique and instrument for data collection: it will be through a questionnaire that will be surveyed with total reliability and enumerated, which will reflect the results in said research to measure the variables. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out in the most favorable time for the nursing care professional in an EsSalud hospital in Lima in the emergency area. Once the information is collected in the instrument, it will be entered into a database of a statistical program. Statistical analysis: Statistical analysis and demonstration of the results will be carried out in a descriptive frequency table, with its respective graphs, then the significance test will be executed with Pearson's Chi square of the variables under study to corroborate the hypothesis.

    Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction of the emergency service of the international clinic - Lima, 2022.

    The nursing role in the context of emergencies and disasters takes on special relevance due to the magnitude of patients who need care in this area; however, there are also a series of limitations and barriers that do not allow achieving the quality of nursing care that contributes effectively and efficiently to the stabilization and recovery of patients, a situation that results in low satisfaction with the work performed by this professional group. Objective: To determine the relationship between quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the Emergency Service of the Clínica Internacional - Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: It will be quantitative, applied, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational. The study sample will be 80 patients. The technique will be the survey. The instruments to measure the study variables will be two questionnaires. The variable quality of nursing care will be the questionnaire adapted by Escobar in 2015, made up of 28 items. The instrument for measuring the patient satisfaction variable has been adapted by Echenique in 2020, which consists of 18 items.
