Publicación Acceso abierto Percepción del clima organizacional en la cadena de boticas Mifarma del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores, Lima – junio 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Solis Moris, Livia Rosalia; Ramos Jaco, Antonio GuillermoThe objective of this research was to determine the organizational climate perceived by employees of the Mifarma pharmacy chain in the district of San Juan de Miraflores in June 2017. This descriptive, observational study included a population of 114 workers. Data were collected using a survey that classified organizational climate into three levels based on a value scale: unhealthy (1.00–2.00), needs improvement (2.01–3.00), and healthy (3.01–4.00). The results indicated that, on average, the organizational climate was perceived as “needing improvement” across all three dimensions evaluated. In the Human Potential dimension (mean = 2.52), indicators such as reward, comfort, leadership, and innovation were rated as needing improvement. In the Organizational Design dimension (mean = 2.63), remuneration, decision-making, communication, and structure also required improvement. Similarly, in the Organizational Culture dimension (mean = 2.77), the indicators of conflict and cooperation, motivation, and identity were also identified as areas requiring improvement. In conclusion, the workers of the Mifarma pharmacy chain perceived the organizational climate as needing improvement in all dimensions analyzed.
