Publicación Acceso abierto Informe pericial grafotécnico en delito de falsificación de documentos, en el distrito judicial del Cusco, enero a diciembre del 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-06-13) Miranda Mesahuanca, Adrian; Orellano Benancio, LizbardoThis research aimed to analyze how graphotechnics allows to objectively explain and resolve investigations into the crime of document falsification, and to offer expert reports as a means of proof, an investigation carried out in the judicial district of Cusco. The method used was non-experimental, qualitative in approach, cross-sectional, and phenomenological in design. The study population was intentional, non-probabilistic, with 11 participants as a sample, four (04) representatives of the Public Ministry and seven (07) graphotechnical experts from the PNP and REPEJ of Cusco, who were interviewed during the year 2021. Data analysis used the Atlas Ti-Version 9 program. Upon completion of this work, it is determined that the institutional expertise is effective, backed by technical guarantees and impartiality. The expert determines the authenticity of documents through scientific and technical methods; graphotechnics explains and resolves the falsification of documents with suitability and reliability. Likewise, graphotechnics has emerged as a determining element in the identification and attribution of responsibility in cases of document falsification, strengthening judicial processes and providing solid evidence for a more precise administration of justice. The graphotechnical experts have demonstrated undeniable effectiveness in these cases, and the professional performance of the graphotechnical experts has been outstanding. These findings highlight the importance of graphotechnics in solving crimes of document falsification in Cusco, contributing to the strengthening of the judicial system.
