Objective: Determine the effectiveness of sucrose for pain control during invasive procedures in the newborn Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles underwent a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify its level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 30% (03) correspond to the United States, while with 10% (01) we find England, Uruguay, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Korea, Arabia Saudi respectively. Most experimental studies have been studied, with 90%, mainly in the countries of England, Uruguay, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Korea, Saudi Arabia. Among systematic reviews we find the country of the United States, with 10%. Where, of the total number of articles analyzed, 100% stated that those newborns who received oral sucrose reduced their pain. Conclusions: The effectiveness of sucrose in controlling pain in newborns undergoing invasive procedures was evidenced in the reviewed research. It is recommended to use 24% sucrose in full-term newborns, as an optimal dose: 0.5ml/kg/po maximum 8 times in 24 hours, 2 minutes before the painful procedure.

Efficiency of descending conductivity and ultrafiltration profiles in renal patients
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Medina Rujel, Blanca Esmidia; Casanotán Ayay, Nadia Bernabita; Mendigure Fernández, Julio
Objective: Systematize the available evidence on the efficiency of descending conductivity and ultrafiltration profiles in renal patients on hemodialysis. Methodology: This is a Systematic Review of 10 articles in the MEDLINE, PUBMED, LILACS, SCIELO database, whose search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the Sackett evaluation. to identify its level of evidence. Results: With the use of descending conductivity and ultrafiltration profiles, renal patients on hemodialysis have better tolerance to the treatment, their application reduces intradialytic complications such as hypotension, cramps, nausea, vomiting and headaches, and also allows the patient to complete in a stable manner. its treatment time and helps it maintain an adequate dry weight since it is possible to sequester all the accumulated volume. All of this leads to the patient reaching their ideal dialysis dose goal, making hemodialysis a safe and effective treatment that benefits their quality of life. Conclusion: In light of the evidence, the effectiveness of descending conductivity and ultrafiltration profiles in improving the care of renal patients is concluded by verifying that they reduce intradialytic complications, help maintain the patient's dry weight and improve morbidity and mortality rates. in hemodialysis treatment, improving their quality of life.

Currently, vaccines protect children very well, but despite this, one in five children under 1 year of age does not receive the basic vaccines they need to survive and stay healthy. Objective: determine the relationship between knowledge about immunizations and compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under 5 years of age at the Barranca hospital - 2020 Methodology: A descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional study will be carried out. The study population will be made up of 132 mothers with children under 5 years of age who attend the vaccination center at the Barranca Hospital, to whom the questionnaire on Knowledge about Immunizations and Compliance with the Vaccination Schedule will be applied as an instrument. The data obtained will be tabulated and statistically processed, applying the SPSS 22 statistical package and Excel.
