The population will be made up of 60 premature infants in intensive care units. For data collection, the instrument prepared by Cabrera "Feeding type registration form" will be used to measure the enteral feeding variables and the Frenton instrument "Growth curves", both instruments with adequate validity and reliability processes to be administered. The collected data will be processed to the SPSS version 24 database to carry out the descriptive analysis in the representation of tables and graphs and the inferential analysis for correlation of the variables with the use of Spearman's coefficient. These results will allow to establish the discussion and conclusions and recommendations.Ítem Acceso abierto Oral alterations associated with gestational age at birth in babies aged 0 to 12 months at the Baby ISOFAP clinic, Lima 2010-2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-11-13) Carhuamaca Avalos, Angela Cecilia; Céspedes Porras, JacquelineThis research aimed to determine the association between gestational age and oral alterations in babies from 0 to 12 months old at the ISOFAP Baby Clinic in Lima, 2010-2018. A descriptive, retrospective, and cross-sectional study was conducted. The population consisted of 710 medical records of infants aged 0 to 12 months. Data were recorded in a data sheet and Excel table, and then analyzed using SPSS 22 statistical software. Inferential statistics were performed using the Chi-square test and Fisher’s correction test. Results: No significant difference (p=0.556) was found between congenital oral alterations and gestational age. No significant difference was found between the presence of developmental oral alterations and gestational age (p>0.99). Bohn's nodules were found in 23%, followed by Epstein pearls (2.7%), natal teeth (0.6%), and neonatal teeth (0.6%). Premature infants (9.3%) had Bohn's nodules (9.3%) and Epstein pearls (9.3%) but did not have natal or neonatal teeth. It is noteworthy that term infants developed more congenital oral alterations (22.1%) than preterm and postterm infants (2.8%).Ítem Acceso abierto Urinary tract infection and its relationship with incomplete abortion in the health facility i – 4, john paul ii - villa el salvador, January - June 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-12-17) Sahuma Gutierrez, Julissa Yvonne; García Puicón, Lady YaninaObjective: To determine the relationship between urinary tract infection and incomplete abortion in patients treated in the gyneco-obstetric emergency department at the Juan Pablo II health center, Category I–4, in Villa El Salvador district, from January to June 2019.
