For both groups, more than 75% of students had a favorable attitude toward research, while only 6% reported an unfavorable attitude. Conclusion: There is a high level of favorable attitude towards research in nursing students from the internship at a private university in Lima-2019.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of an educational nursing intervention in the level of knowledge about arterial hypertension in users of the first level of care(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-03-26) Valverde Portella, Milagro Patricia; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThis thesis, titled "effectiveness of an educational nursing intervetion in the level of knowledge about arterial hypertension in first level care users, aims to determine the effectiveness of the educational nursing intervention in the level of knowledge about arterial hypertension in first level care users. This work is hypothetical- deductive. Explanatory type, quantitative approach, preexperimental design, non-probabilistic snowball sampling. It will have a population of 100 patients from the cardiology outpatient clinic, at the first level of care. The technique used will be the survey, and it will be carried out by means of a questionnaire (instrument), which consists of 20 questions on generalities of arterial hypertension (1,2,3,4), non-pharmacological treatment (5,6,7,8,9 ,10,11,12,13) and pharmacological treatment (14,15,16,17,18,19,20). The instrument was adapted by Jadira Aldaba Salas to a colloquial language to be more understandable for the target population on May 8, 2018, Peru. The statistical analysis will be carried out using SPSS version 26 statistical software as well as the Excel program, whose results will comprise two stages: descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, which will be summarized in tables and figures.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of nursing training to reduce anemia in children under five years of age(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-12-27) Clemente Briceño, Karol Maria; Horna Vergaray, Andrea Rosaura; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierThe design used to develop this research work was the systematic review, which was based on the GRADE evaluation system to evaluate the quality of the evidence of the articles selected from the following databases: Epistemonikos, PubMed, ScientDirect, Cochrane and Ebsco. Results: The reviewed articles showed that 30% are systematic reviews, 20% are systematic reviews and meta-analysis, 10% are randomized controlled trials, 10% are randomized field studies, 10% are randomized clinical trial, 10% quasi-experimental design and 10% controlled intervention. On the other hand, in 90% of the articles evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing training to reduce anemia in children under five years of age, while 10% did not find evidence regarding the effectiveness of nursing training. to reduce anemia in children under five years of age. This fact can be seen more frequently in Intensive Care services, where increasingly complex and sophisticated equipment is used. One of these devices is the so-called mechanical ventilator that artificially replaces the organs responsible for breathing. This also means that the service must be staffed with highly qualified personnel with up-to-date and sufficient knowledge for the proper handling of this equipment. In the daily work in the Intensive Care Unit, it is evident that it is the nursing staff who are most frequently in charge of managing the mechanical ventilator, sometimes ineffective handling of the equipment can be observed, affecting the patient's condition and evolution, which is why in the present project it is proposed to solve the following question: What are the factors that influence the knowledge of nurses in the management of the mechanical ventilator in the intensive care unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martíns Hospital 2021? , with the aim of determining the factors that influence the knowledge of nurses in the management of the mechanical ventilator in the intensive care unit of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martíns Hospital 2021 Finally, this project is made up of four sections: number 1 that describes the problem, number 2 that details the theoretical framework, number 3 that develops the methodology and number 4 that indicates the administrative aspects.Ítem Acceso abierto Sociodemographic characteristics and satisfaction with pre-professional practices of final-year nursing students at the Norbert Wiener University(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-05-08) Quispe Ramos, Yulieth Soledad; Vega Gonzales, Betty; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Determine the relationship that exists between sociodemographic characteristics and the level of satisfaction with pre-professional practices of students in the last cycle of Nursing at the Norbert Wiener Private University.
