This Scholarship has as a beneficiary population the students graduated from high school with high academic performance and low resources in the Household Targeting System - SISFOH. The objective of the study was to establish the level of the relationship between the relevance of the access policy and the use of the National Undergraduate Scholarship 18 awarded to private institutions in the 2014 PRONABEC Call. The type of research is the application and its non-experimental design, the research has become the independent variable such as the population and the experts in management of the dependent variable of the managers and specialists; with respect to the sample of non-probabilistic character were 38 people: 8 experts and 30 managers. The technique of the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study.Publicación Acceso abierto Políticas públicas en educación superior y la calidad universitaria, en una universidad privada, Lima 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-17) Fernández Centeno, Kathia Milagros; Vargas Merino, Jorge AlbertoThe objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Public Policies in Higher Education and University Quality, in a Private University. The research method was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, correlational level, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, with a population of 509 students and a nonprobabilistic sample of 150 students from a private university in Lima. The information collection technique was the survey, the instrument was the questionnaire that was validated by five experts in the field with Cronbach's alpha for the public policy variable of 0.939 and the university quality variable of 0.917, which indicates a good reliability. As inferential results, the significance was found to be 0.000, therefore, the research hypothesis is verified, which states that there is a significant relationship between public policies in higher education and university quality, in a Private University, Lima 2023. The resulting coefficient was 0.475, and the magnitude is a moderate positive relationship. Which means that when public policies in higher education are good, university quality is also good. It is recommended that the private university deliver registration forms with internal regulations and rules of coexistence to students in order that they are informed regarding internal procedures aimed at educational quality.
