Conocimiento y practica en la toma de electrocardiograma del profesional de enfermería de los centros de atención primaria de la Red La Libertad EsSalud, 2025

Introducción: En el contexto actual existe creciente demanda de muchos profesionales de enfermería con competencias avanzadas en realización de electrocardiograma. A pesar de su importancia crítica para el monitoreo y diagnóstico de diversas enfermedades cardíacas, se ha identificado una gran brecha con respecto a la formación de dicho personal de salud. Numerosos estudios han revelado que una proporción considerable de enfermeras posee conocimientos limitados o deficientes tanto en conocimiento como en la correcta aplicación de la toma de EKG. Propósito: Identificar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la práctica en la toma de EKG en las enfermeras (os) de los Centros de Atención Primaria de la Red la Libertad. Metodología: Empleará el método de investigación hipotético deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y nivel correlacional. La población y muestra estará formada por 94 enfermeros (as) que trabajan en diferentes establecimientos de Salud primaria de la Red La Libertad. La V1: conocimiento de EKG se medirá a través de Cuestionario y la V2: práctica en la toma de EKG se medirá con Lista de Cotejo. Todos los datos que sean recolectados luego serán analizados y procesados mediante el programa estadístico SPSS versión 29.0, la hipótesis será contrastada mediante el Coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson o Rho de Spearman, para identificar la asociación entre ambas variables de estudio.

Interpretation of the electrocardiogram and its record in the nursing notes in the intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the interpretation of electrocardiograms and their documentation in nursing notes in the intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2023. The research follows the hypothetical-deductive method with a quantitative approach and is of a basic type. The population comprises 86 nursing professionals from the intensive care unit. The survey technique will be used to assess the interpretation of electrocardiograms, while document analysis will be employed to evaluate their documentation. For the variable interpretation of electrocardiograms, a structured instrument with a Likert scale, developed by Collantes, will be used; it is dichotomous with a reliability of KR-20 = 0.89. For the documentation variable, a checklist by Garcilaso and Ormeño will be applied, consisting of four dichotomous items with a reliability of KR-20 = 0.76. Data processing involves entering the instruments into a Microsoft Excel database, coding the data accordingly, and exporting it to SPSS V27 for statistical analysis. The normality of variables will be assessed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test (P ≤ or > 0.05) to determine whether to apply Pearson or Spearman correlation. Results will be presented using descriptive statistics, central tendency measures, and cross-tabulations.

Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice in taking the electrocardiogram of nurses in the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima, 2022. Material and method: The present investigation was based on the quantitative-correlational cross-sectional approach and the type of design is non-experimental. The population is made up of 40 nurses who work in the emergency area of a Hospital in Lima. A non-probabilistic sampling was carried out for convenience, the information to be obtained on knowledge and practice in taking the electrocardiogram consists of 3 d dimensions Generalities, technique and reading. and 20 questions and a checklist the information obtained will be processed through a student's T test and analysis base, in the same way the background mentioned in the investigation will be taken into account for the discussion of the results The research is of a quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional approach. The sample is made up of 50 nurses, using two instruments: a questionnaire and a checklist.

Knowledge and practice of the nursing professional in taking an electrocardiogram in the intensive care unit in a clinic in Lima, 2023

The research will raise the objective of "Determining how the knowledge of ECG is related to the practice of the nursing professional in the intensive care unit of a private clinic in Lima, 2023", for the indicated purpose the hypothetical deductive method of study will be considered and a quantitative approach, as well as a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design; there will be 50 nurses who, by means of a non-probabilistic sampling, will make up the sample; the techniques to collect data will be the survey and observation; The instruments that will be applied will correspond to a 12-question questionnaire for the first variable to assess the level of ECG knowledge and the second instrument, an observation guide of 24 statements to assess how the professional applies said knowledge to take the ECG record. ; both instruments belong to the researcher Verónica Rojas who adapted them in 2022; the instruments have content validity through expert judgment and have an Aiken V index of 0.80; They also presented 0.860 and 0.671 as a reliability index by KR-20, thereby evidencing that the two instruments are suitable for application in the chosen participants. With the results obtained, it will be intended to respond to the objectives set.

Level of knowledge about electrocardiogram and practice in graduate nurses of the emergency service of a public hospital center in Lima, 2024

Objective: To determine how the level of knowledge of the electrocardiogram is related to the practices of registered nurses in the emergency service of a public hospital center in Lima. Methodology: Corresponding to the applied type, it has an approach called quantitative, and a design known as correlational. Population and Sample: The sample and the population will be made up of 60 nurses, established through non-probabilistic sampling. Technique and Instruments: The technique will correspond to the so-called survey and observation, implementing as instruments the knowledge questionnaire in the use of the electrocardiogram, and the observational guide for taking the electrocardiogram by the nursing professional, which demonstrate reliability by Kuder Richardson of 0.866, and 0.671 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The results obtained from the applied tools will be processed in Excel for evaluation, ordering and control, being subsequently analyzed through SPSS 29.0, with which the corresponding evaluation will be carried out, in turn, the existence or not of association between the variables developed in the exploration, thanks to the well-known Chi square hypothesis test.

The lack of accuracy in the interpretation of the electrocardiogram (ECG) can have serious consequences for patient safety. Therefore, this research plan is focused on the interpretation of the ECG by nurses in the Coronary Unit of a Hospital in Huancayo in 2023. The proposed objective is as follows: "To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice in taking an electrocardiogram in nursing professionals in a National Hospital, Huancayo 2023". The methodology to be considered will be applied, non-experimental, descriptive, transversal, quantitative approach; while the population will be 80 professionals from the nursing area of the Coronary Unit, and the sample will be 100% of the population, i.e., non-probabilistic sampling will be used and a validated questionnaire with 20 questions related to ECG interpretation will be used. Data analysis will include descriptive statistics, ttests, ANOVA, Spearman correlation and GLM.

Introduction: Health professionals currently face a great challenge to identify symptoms or pathologies more effectively. In this regard, they use technical means, such as an electrocardiogram study, to help determine certain diagnoses and more closely monitor mild or chronic heart disease. Objective: To determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and practice in the management of the electrocardiogram in nurses in the emergency area of a national hospital, 2023. Methods: Given the hypothetical deductive approach, it is quantitative, that is, a evaluation of numerical data from a particular study. Observational, correlational and cross-sectional study designs were applied. The population is 79 nurses who worked in the emergency service of a public hospital in Lima. And the samples were obtained by chance and were deliberately included as inclusion criteria by the investigators: they were all emergency department nurses and both men and women voluntarily participated in ward work. Exclusion criteria for telework professionals who do not wish to sign an informed consent. The study evaluated the variables of knowledge and practice of the use of the ECG by examining the technique. To measure the following variables, the following variables are used: Questionnaire on the use of electrocardiograms in nurses and a practical monitoring guide for the use of electrocardiograms in nursing.

Health specialists have a significant challenge in identifying symptoms or pathologies. For this reason, they use technological resources such as the Electrocardiogram to diagnose mild or chronic heart diseases. Objective: Establish the relationship between level of knowledge and practice in the use of the electrocardiogram in nursing professionals in the emergency area of the Lima Hospital, 2022. Considers a hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach. Applied research, observational, correlational and transversal design. Made up of 89 nursing professionals from a hospital in Lima in the emergency area. Non-probabilistic sample, the inclusion criteria will be: emergency nursing professionals, of both sexes, from 22 to 55 years old and voluntary participation. Exclusion criteria: nursing staff from other areas, nursing technicians and people over 55 years of age. The study will use the survey technique to evaluate the variables of knowledge and practice in the use of the electrocardiogram. The instruments to measure the variables: knowledge questionnaire in the use of the electrocardiogram in nursing professionals and the observation guide of practices in the use of the electrocardiogram in nursing professionals.

Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, with more than 17.9 million lives lost each year. In Peru, ischemic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease are the main causes of death in older adults. The electrocardiogram is a key tool in the detection and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, providing vital information for the treatment of arrhythmias in critical care settings. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice in the use of the electrocardiogram in Nursing professionals of the Emergency Service of the Public Regional Hospital, Huancayo 2023. Methods: The present research study is of an applied type, focus quantitative, cross-sectional correlational and the type of design is non-experimental. The study will have a census population that will be composed of Nursing professionals from the Emergency service, non-probabilistic sampling was carried out for convenience. Data will be collected through surveys using questionnaire-type instruments adapted and validated by Melgarejo for the target population. The information obtained will be processed using an analytical basis and the Student's T test, and the background mentioned in the study will be taken into account in the discussion of the research results.

Cardiovascular pathologies are the main cause of death in the world, and as part of the health team, nurses are in charge of taking and interpreting electrocardiograms to detect cardiovascular disorders or diseases in time. The objective of the study is: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge. The objective of the study is: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and practice on taking electrocardiograms of nurses in a national hospital in Lima in the year 2023. Method: The hypothetical deductive method, quantitative, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional approach will be applied. The population and sample will be60 licensed nurses working in the emergency unit of a national hospital in Lima. The survey technique was used for the study and the following instruments will be used to measure the variables: Questionnaire of knowledge in the interpretation of the electrocardiogram and the observation guide of practicesin the use of the electrocardiogram. The results will be processedthrough SPSS version 26 and the results will be shown in tables and corresponding figures. Likewise, Spearman's Rho statistical test will be used to measure the correlation between the variables.

Nurses are critical to maintaining a healthy heart. Cardiovascular diseases cause the majority of deaths in the world, which is why nurses are an important part of the health care team. They use electrocardiograms to detect cardiovascular diseases and disorders in their patients. The objective of the study is: To determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and practice on the taking of electrocardiograms of nurses from the thoracic and cardiovascular surgery service of a National Hospital, Lima 2023. Methods: A hypothetical deductive method will be considered. , as well as descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional methods. The sample population will be 80 Nursing professionals who work at the National Hospital of Lima. To measure the accuracy of the data from these tools, the knowledge questionnaire required for the use of the electrocardiogram will be tested. This tool has been shown to have a reliability level of 0.82 due to the Kuder Richarson Coefficient and the Alcántara validation of practical data in decision making. The observation guide used by Acuña and Huali has a reliability level of 0.67 due to Cronbach's Alpha and validation by them.

Objective: To determine how level of knowledge is related to practice in use of the electrocardiogram in nursing professionals in the emergency area of a public hospital from Barranca. Methodology: The researching to be applied on terms of type would be applied, the approach to be considered corresponds to quantitative one, and the non-experimental, observational, and correlational designed, in terms of cut it would correspond to the cross-sectional one. Population and Sample: It would be made up of 45 nurses, which will be determined for the convenience of the researching through non-probabilistic sampling. Technique and Instruments: Regarding the techniques to being used, they would correspond to the survey and observation, the psychometric instruments to be used would correspond to a questionnaire of knowledge of the use of the electrocardiogram and an Observational Guide of the Electrocardiogram Taking, it is specified that these have a reliability Kuder Richarson's and Cronbach's Alpha with to values equivalent in 0.866 and 0.671 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The collected was information would be treated in an excel template for corresponding control and classification, and type of relationship that exists between variables evaluated in the study would be establishing, applying the to-called non-parametric inferential of statistics the through of the chi square test.

Introducción: Los graduados en enfermería ahora se enfrentan a un obstáculo significativo para mejorar su capacidad para detectar con precisión enfermedades o síntomas. Por lo tanto, es importante obtener un ECG preciso con el fin de realizar un estudio electrocardiográfico, que ayuda en la identificación de diagnósticos específicos y facilita el seguimiento más cercano de enfermedades cardíacas moderadas o crónicas. Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y la práctica del electrocardiograma en los enfermeros un Hospital del Ministerio de Salud en Huancayo 2024. Metodología: Se empleará el método deductivo hipotético, de enfoque cuantitativo, para ello se utilizará el diseño no experimental, correlacional -transversales, donde la población y muestra estará compuesta por de 104 personales de enfermería que trabajaban en el servicio de emergencia, UCI y Cardiología en Huancayo y se utilizarán dos instrumentos.
