    Evaluación de la calidad de los envases de plástico usados en la industria farmacéutica

    This research was developed with the objective of describing the analyses performed to evaluate the quality of plastic containers used in the pharmaceutical industry. Materials and methods: This research is of a basic, descriptive, comparative, and quantitative type, with a non-experimental design based on a review of bibliographic information. The instrument was validated by three experts, and tables and graphs in Excel were used for the statistical analysis. Results: The quality characteristics of plastic containers used in the pharmaceutical industry were evaluated through dimensional analysis, functional analysis, performance analysis, and identification analysis. Conclusions: Based on the reviewed research, the majority of plastic containers used in the pharmaceutical industry comply with the required characteristics, and the analyses performed to evaluate their quality are dimensional analysis, functional analysis, performance analysis, and identification analysis.
