A questionnaire on occupational stress (Pietro and Trucco) and the ISHI INTERCOL questionnaire for job performance, both previously validated, were used as instruments. The results indicated that workers with a high level of stress exhibited moderate job performance in 53% of cases. Additionally, it was determined that professionals with moderate stress had poor job performance in 57.7%. On the other hand, it was found that there is no relationship between the dimensions of physiological stress, psychological stress, and stressors with job performance.
