Relate the coping strategies against work stress in professional nursing staff in the emergency service in a minsa hospital, Lima 2022. Methodology. The study in relation to the approach will be quantitative, of an application type, non-experimental, descriptive and correlational design. Regarding the representative sample of the research, it will be made up of 50 nursing professionals who provide purely healthcare services in the emergency service of the Hospital del Minsa, which have been compiled in accordance with the use of the probabilistic sample formula. and those who will strictly comply with the survey technique, developed in a single moment, through the instruments called the coping strategies questionnaire (COPE-28) and for work stress the scale called Nursing Stress will be used. Material and methods: to prepare this work, the systematic review design was used, based on the GRADE evaluation system, with the purpose of evaluating the quality of each article selected from the reviewed databases ScientDirect, PubMed, EBSCO, Scielo. Results: the articles showed that 40% are randomized controlled trials, 20% systematic reviews, 10% clinical trials, 10% descriptive, 10% bibliographic reviews and 10% integrative reviews. On the other hand, in 90% of the articles evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing care using the kangaroo mother method to reduce pain in premature neonates. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, in (9/10) evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing care using the kangaroo mother method to reduce pain in premature neonates and in (1/10) no evidence of the effectiveness was found. effectiveness of nursing care through the kangaroo mother method to reduce pain in premature neonates.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of sternal closure with absorbable materials in cardiac surgeries through median sternotomy in the prevention of complications(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-18) Condor Rios, Ruth Esperanza; Sánchez Linares, Cyntia Margot; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerObjective: To analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of sternal closure with absorbable materials in cardiac surgeries through median sternotomy in the prevention of complications. Materials and Methods: Systematic, quantitative review; Grade system. Population of 19 articles, sample: 10 scientific articles published and indexed in databases: PubMed, EBSCO and Academic Google, Grade system. Results: The studies correspond to 40% control cases, 40% randomized clinical trials and 20% analytical cross-sectional, absorbable materials are fibrin-coated sheet, collagen, bone cement, biological adhesive; They report lower rates of instability compared to conventional sternal closure; use of absorbable L-Poly-Lactide acid pins with or without hydroxyapatite, reports lower rates of sternal displacement, greater bone density and tension force overload to achieve anteroposterior displacement; one study used polyglyconate suture in high-risk patients without finding sternal dehiscence; frozen bone graft has lower rates of sternal instability and infection compared to the control group. Materials and methods: the research was quantitative, its design being a systematic review whose population was made up of 15 scientific articles having as a sample 10 studies that were published in different scientific databases: Mediciego, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Pubmed, Elsevier, Epistemónikos, Ebsco and for its analysis the grade method was used where the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation was evaluated. Results: we have that of 100% of the scientific articles, 20% correspond to Chile, 10% Colombia, 10% USA, 10% Mexico, 10% Cuba, 10% Qatar, 10% Cyprus, 10% to the United Kingdom and finally 10% to China respectively. Regarding the study designs, we can mention that 70% correspond to retrospective, 10% meta-analysis, 10% prospective and 10% cohort respectively. Methodology: Systematic Review, 10 articles were chosen, which were studied, of which 70% are systematic reviews and meta-analysis, mainly in the countries of the United States and China, and 30% are cross-sectional analytical studies that were developed in the countries from Brazil, Spain and Peru Results: Of the articles studied, 70% show that products for the treatment of UPPs based on cure in a humid environment such as hydrocolloids have greater clinical efficacy than traditional treatment in the intensive care unit.Conclusion: The results of the review we have carried out show the existence of evidence in favor of the greater clinical effectiveness of dressings based on healing in a humid environment in the healing of pressure ulcers, lower overall cost and They are changed every three to five days, although they can remain in situ for up to seven days. Among the materials, a review of the bibliographic material was applied. Regarding the method, a quantitative study was carried out on 50 mothers in the postpartum stage, who regularly attend pediatric check-ups at the María del Socorro clinic. The interview was used as a data collection technique and the researcher Carhuas Jem's questionnaire, which has been validated by the Expert Judgment method with 5 Judges and for reliability the Tes-Reset technique has been applied. Data collection took place over a month and the interviews lasted an estimated 35 minutes. Among the relevant results, it was possible to determine several factors, such as socioeconomic ones, where 56% have a marital status of cohabiting and 64% have a higher education level, however, 68% are not working, 50% are dedicated to household chores and 48% of the mothers have an insufficient economic income, the majority (84%) coming from the Sierra and the Coast. Also cultural factors, where 96% consider breast milk as an ideal food and 60% as a provider of nutrients to the child. The material and study method that was used to carry out this research was the quantitative approach, with a descriptive level of non-experimental cross-sectional design type. The sample was made up of 100 mothers of children from 1 to under 5 years old, who went to the immunization area of the Mirones Alto Health Center, Lima 2019. The survey technique was applied and the instrument was a questionnaire made up of 19 questions; in addition to a checklist to validate compliance with vaccination. For the respective analysis, the descriptive statistical test of frequencies was used. Having as results that the mothers present a medium level of knowledge with 51% and a high level of knowledge with 49%, in terms of compliance with vaccination, 59% do not comply, while 41% comply according to the vaccination schedule. Materials and methods: hypothetical deductive methods Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design, with a population of 80 relatives of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM Honorio Delgado-Hideyo emergency service Noguchi, in the period of June - July 2022, the anxiety level will be measured, which was used as the Hamilton anxiety scale with 13 items and 4 response options for psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety with Results: 40 to 52, medium 16 to 36, mild 16 to 25. Level of satisfaction with nursing care in family was measured with a Likert scale with 4 response options and a 24-hour questionnaire was used. Information, human warmth and comfort, and technical and scientific items, obtaining the satisfaction rating scale as: Low (24-55), Medium (56-88) and High (89-120). Results: The effects will be displayed in statistical tables and graphs, using measures of central tendency for quantitative analysis. Huánuco 2022, taking 70 nursing workers as a sample. The method to be used will be hypothetical-deductive, the approach will be applied quantitative research, with a cross-sectional observational design, the academic work will be based on numerical measurements, counting and often the use of statistics to accurately model the behavior of the variables. To collect information, a tool will be used for both variables. For variable one, the instrument to measure Wagnild and Young's resilience will be applied, which consists of 25 questions, and for the second variable, which is job satisfaction, the personal satisfaction questionnaire will be used. which consists of 32 questions. Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational level, the method used was hypothetical-deductive. . The study worked with the total population of 60 patients. The Novoa, D. questionnaire was used as an instrument for both variables. The cross tables were analyzed using Spearman's correlation and the contracting of the hypothesis was analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test. Results: There is a significant relationship between risk factors and abandonment of anti-tuberculosis treatment (P= 0.000 < 0.05). Regarding the sociodemographic dimension, it is significantly related to abandoning anti-tuberculosis treatment (P= 0.000 < 0.05). Likewise, the economic dimension is related to the abandonment of anti-tuberculosis treatment (P= 0.000 < 0.05). It was also found that the disease dimension is not related to the abandonment of anti-tuberculosis treatment (P=0.180 >0.05). Finally, it was found that the health facility dimension is not related to abandonment of anti-tuberculosis treatment (P= 0.102 >0.05). The sample made up of 60 nurses from a health center was obtained through non-probabilistic sampling. The first instrument, statistically validated with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.953, allowed us to measure work stressors and with the second instrument validated with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.973, it allowed us to measure the competencies of the Nursing care, Spearman's Rho statistical test was also used for inferential analysis. Results: The result is that 63.56% of the professionals consider that there are moderately stressful factors and that the nursing staff is 50.22% competent in the care of critically ill patients.
