    Employment situation of the graduates of the professional academic school of dentistry of the Norbert Wiener Private University. Lima, Peru 2022

    The objective of this research was to determine the employment situation of graduates from the School of Dentistry at Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener. Methodology: A prospective study was conducted in which a questionnaire was created, validated, and digitized regarding the employment situation of graduates from 2015 to 2019 from the School of Dentistry at Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener. Results: 90.9% of the dental graduates do not have a specialty, 88.6% are employed as dentists, 46.2% are self-employed, 90.2% work in private practice, 55.3% are satisfied with their monthly income as a dentist, 59.8% work less than 8 hours per day as dentists, 51.5% have their own dental practice, and 51.5% experience some form of stress while working as a dentist. Conclusion: Of the graduates from the School of Dentistry at Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 18.2% are very satisfied with their work area, 43.9% are satisfied, 32.6% are somewhat satisfied, 3% are dissatisfied, and 2.3% are very dissatisfied with their work area.
