    Perception of the use of the dental operating microscope and its application as a teaching tool in endodontics Lima 2021.

    The objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between the perception of using the dental operating microscope and its application as a teaching tool in endodontics. Lima 2021. The type of research was correlational, applicative, cross-sectional, and prospective. The sample consisted of 68 teachers working or who had worked in various universities in Lima, applying the use of the dental operating microscope in the field of endodontics or also using it in their private practice. The results showed that 44.1% of the participants had a good level of perception regarding the use of the dental operating microscope, with the teaching dimension predominating at 57.35% of good perception, followed by 52.9% in the ergonomics dimension. 50.0% considered the application of the dental operating microscope to be good, and in the dimension of access to the canals, 52.9% considered it good as an application. Conclusion: A significant relationship exists between the perception of using the dental operating microscope and its application as a teaching tool in endodontics.
