Materiales y métodos: la investigación es de un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, nivel descriptivo y de corte transversal. Con respecto a la población de estudio estará conformada por 120 enfermeras (os) del servicio de emergencia y para la muestra, se considerará a 80 Enfermería que cumplan los criterios de inclusión y exclusión a través de un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. El instrumento en esta investigación, será el cuestionario denominado COPE 28 que evalúa los estilos de afrontamiento del estrés y sus componentes como son la dimensión orientado al problema, a la emoción y a la evitación de problemas, este cuestionario consta de 28 ítems, el instrumento paso por una validación de expertos y la confiabilidad del mismo se hizo a través del alfa de Cronbach.Ítem Acceso abierto Knowledge about nursing care in Covid 19 patients with endotracheal tube and its relationship with complications in the intensive care unit service of the San Isidro Labrador hospital(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-07) Andia Pullo, Ruth Janeth; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThis research was carried out to analyze and evaluate the level of knowledge of nurses in the ICU service of the San Isidro Labrador Hospital, as well as the recognition of the most frequent complications that we find with the endotracheal tube in covid 19 patients, since it is a new disease that has been evolving rapidly throughout the world due to airborne infections. This study is a descriptive analysis, it has a quantitative approach, which makes use of the collection of analysis to recognize the hypothesis, based on numerical comparison using statistical techniques to establish behavior patterns and experiment with theories. The search plans are non-experimental and the search variables are not manipulated or tested, so they are transversal and correlated. Materials and methods: Indirect reasoning with a research approach is quantitative, descriptive, simple correlation and transversal since it allows obtaining information about the understanding of nursing staff in the intensive care unit and the daily work of endotracheal aspiration of patients in a hospital in Lima, Peru, therefore, this study is not experimental. It should be noted that the population is made up of 100% of nurses who worked in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Lima, Peru in 2021, with a total of 40 nurses corresponding to the total population under investigation. On the other hand, data collection will be the survey and observation; As a tool, it is a questionnaire (knowledge) and an observation guide (practice), which will be applied to all nurses working in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Lima. Likewise, the tools used were designed and approved based on expert evaluations from the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, the School of Nursing and the Education, Research and Training Units. The population will be made up of nursing professionals with a specialty in Neonatal Intensive Care, being a total of 72 nurses specialized in neonatal intensive care. Since the population is small, the sample will also be made up of 72 nurses, who work in the neonatal intensive care unit, at the Guillermo Almenara Hospital. Data Collection Techniques and Instruments: The technique that will be used is Observation, using the Observation Guide of the Nursing Care research in the management of the peripheral venous catheter.
