Material and methods: It is a systematic review of 10 scientific articles of interest for the study, which were found in databases: Scielo, Lilacs, Cochrane, Pubmed, Google Scholar; All of them were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 3 are systematic reviews (30%), 2 are randomized controlled trials (20%), 2 are cohort studies (20%), 1 meta-analysis (10%), 1 case-control studies (10% ) and 1 randomized clinical trial (10%). All of them point out the effectiveness of an intervention program in early family care to improve psychomotor development and adaptation to the environment. Conclusion: 100% of the articles reviewed show effectiveness in an intervention program in early family care to improve psychomotor development and adaptation to the child's environment, which should be started as soon as possible to improve development, maximizing their abilities. and integrating the family in this process.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of educational intervention in the control of overweight and obesity in schoolchildren(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) México Can, Alicia Nery Milagros; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioMethodology: It is a Systematic Review of 10 articles, finding that 30% (3) correspond to Spain, 20% (2) correspond to Peru, 20% (2) correspond to Mexico, 20% (2) correspond to Chile and 10 % (1) corresponds to Colombia. Most of the studies have been quasi-experimental studies, being Peru, Chile and Mexico with 50% respectively, systematic review being Colombia and Spain with 20% respectively, clinical trial Spain with 20% and community trial Peru with 10%. Results: The percentage of overweight and obesity in schoolchildren is observed to have decreased in 80% of the 10 reviews studied with a tendency to improve if it increases in the 2 reviews with physical activities. The 80% reviewed were mixed activities, nutritional educational activities and physical activity, the remaining 20% were only nutritional educational activities. Conclusions: There is sufficient evidence to improve overweight and obesity in schoolchildren. With the mixed activities, I improved by 80% of the 10 reviews found related to the title of the research with educational talks regarding food, nutrition, healthy eating and physical activity. Materials and Methods: It is a Systematic Review that structures the products of various investigations, recognizing the most salient to answer specific questions of daily work. The follow-up was directed to articles with full text submitted to a critical reading, the recommendation will be made using the GRADE system. Results: According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out on ten scientific articles in the present study, these come from China (40%), followed by the United Kingdom (30%), Italy (10%), Malaysia (10%), Sweden (10%). of the articles are systematic reviews, followed by 40% (4) meta-analysis, randomized clinical trial 10% (1), cohort 10% (1) cases and controls 10% (1). Of the total of 10 articles reviewed, 100% (n=10) recommended fiber intake to prevent colorectal cancer in adults. Materials and Methods: The type of research was quantitative and the study design is a systematic review, the population was a total of 20 scientific articles which only 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases were sampled, to The GRADE method was used to evaluate the articles, which evaluated the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: Of 100% of the articles reviewed, 10% correspond to Holland, China, South Korea and Colombia respectively and 20% correspond to Brazil, Chile and Egypt. In relation to the type of study, it was 100% quantitative and the study design corresponds to 10% Cohort, 20% retrospective clinical trial and 70% prospective randomized clinical trial. Material and method: The study design is a systematic review consisting of 10 scientific articles that demonstrate the effectiveness in reducing blood loss and improving range of motion after total knee arthroplasty in immediate post-surgical patients, which were obtained from the following database: Epistemonikos, Pubmed, Trandfonline, jors online, Springer, publishers, publishing, Springer. They were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine the strength and quality of the evidence. Of the 10 articles, 100% (n=10/10) are of high quality, 70% (n=7/10) are meta-analysis, 10% (n=1/10) are systematic reviews, the 10% (n = 1/10) are randomized clinical trials and 10% (n = 1/10) are randomized controlled trials. Depending on the country where the research was carried out, 70% correspond to China. (n=7/10), Europe, 10% (n=1/10), Berlin 10% (n=1/10), and the USA 10% (n = 1/10). Results: From the evidence obtained, 100% (n=10/10) (12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21) demonstrate that lower extremity flexion is effective in Decreased blood loss and improved range of motion after total knee arthroplasty in immediate post-surgical patients. Material and methods: to prepare this work, the systematic review design was used, based on the GRADE evaluation system, with the purpose of evaluating the quality of each article selected from the reviewed databases ScientDirect, PubMed, EBSCO, Scielo. Results: the articles showed that 40% are randomized controlled trials, 20% systematic reviews, 10% clinical trials, 10% descriptive, 10% bibliographic reviews and 10% integrative reviews. On the other hand, in 90% of the articles evidence was found of the effectiveness of nursing care using the kangaroo mother method to reduce pain in premature neonates. Material and methods: Quantitative observational and retrospective systematic review, meta-analysis studies, experimental studies, quasi-experimental, qualitative study, randomized controlled longitudinal study, Mixed Approach Control and self-control: Pilot study, descriptive and retrospective study, subjected to a selection, using the Grade evaluation system for identifying the level of evidence, found in the databases: PubMed, Scielo, Elsevier, Cochrane. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 30% (n= 3/10) is a systematic review, 20% (n= 2/10) is a Clinical Trial, 10% (n= 1/10) is a meta-analysis, 20% ( n= 2/10) is quasi-experimental, 10% (n=1/10) is an experimental study and 10% (n= 1/10) is a descriptive study. Results of the study countries of Spain (30%), Germany (20%), USA (20%), Mexico (10%), India (10%) and finally Holland (10%). Results: In the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) indicate that relaxation therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in adults. Material and Method: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles about the effectiveness of the management of sedoanalgesia protocols by nursing for the reduction of time in mechanical ventilation in intubated patients in the ICU located in the following databases Cochrane, Lilacs, Scielo , Medline Pubmed, Google Scholar being analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine its strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles, 40% (4/10) correspond to systematic reviews (2) and clinical trials (2), 30% (3/10) cohort studies and 30% (3/10) studies control. 80% of the reviewed articles demonstrate the effectiveness of nursing sedation protocol management to reduce time on mechanical ventilation in intubated patients. Materials and Methods: Systematic review that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. With a population of 10 items. Results: In the data search, the effectiveness of the challenge test in steam sterilization of surgical material was examined. According to the results obtained from the systematic review, they show that, of the total number of articles reviewed, 20% of these correspond to Brazil, 10% correspond to Cuba, 20% correspond to Argentina, 10% correspond to Mexico. According to the search of the different magazines mentioned Google Academic, DECS, SCIELO, LILACS, SOBECC Magazine. etc Conclusion: The systematic review 10 of 10 scientific articles, of the works were effective in the development of the challenge test in Steam Sterilization of Surgical Material, were found from the following databases PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, all of them correspond to the type and design of systematic review studies, prospective randomized clinical trials and cohort studies. Conclusions: Antibiotic prophylaxis is not effective for preventing infections in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results: The 10 articles systematically reviewed, 80% (n=08/10) of these, show the better effectiveness of laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery compared to conventional surgery, it has a better result and is a viable and safe strategy for the patient undergoing this surgical intervention, in addition to reducing the days of hospital stay. Materials and Methods: the study design was a systematic review, the population consisted of 28 articles, and the sample was 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases, the instrument was a database search: Scielo, PubMed, EBSCO and Wiley Online Library, the GRADE method was used to evaluate the articles, which evaluated the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Results: According to origin, 10% (1/10) corresponds to the United States, 10% (1/10) Switzerland, 10% (1/10) Japan, 10% (1/10) India, 30% (3/10) 10) South Korea, 30% (3/10) United Kingdom 30% (3/10). According to design, 80% (8/10) is a randomized clinical trial, 20% (2/10) is a systematic review. According to evidence, 100% (10/10) evidence efficacy of the i-gel supraglottic device in pediatric patients according to the insertion success rate on the first attempt. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study design used was a systematic review that are ordered and explicit evaluations that help collect and synthesize scientific evidence on a topic, also knowing that it is an observational and retrospective research design, which abbreviates the results of various investigations. The population is made up of 77 articles whose publication was in scientific databases. which Selection criteria were established such as age, degree and quality of evidence through which 10 articles that represent the sample published in Spanish and English no older than 10 years were selected. Results: the 10 articles found are Systematic Reviews with a 40% of the Countries of Spain (4/10), Colombia (1/10), Germany, France, China, Germany and the United Kingdom (4/10), Single-blind randomized controlled clinical trial with a 40%, the Countries of Spain and France (3/10), Systematic Review Meta analysis with 30% the Countries of Germany, the United Kingdom, China (1/10), and the United States, Colombia and Spain (3/10) , Descriptive Study Therefore, high and low quality is evident. Where the volume limit of gastric residue was observed in critically ill patients receiving enteral diet to prevent interruption of feeding. Conclusions: There is favorable evidence that a gastric volume of 150 to 500ml does not allow the interruption of gastric residue.
