If a person is overweight or obese, the possibility of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, among others, increases in the future. The population was 30 nursing professionals. The technique to be used in the field work was observation. The data collection instrument was an Observation Guide on the cervical collar placement technique in nursing professionals during pre-hospital care of polytrauma patients in emergencies. Likewise, to carry out the validity of the instrument, it will be submitted to expert judgment and processed in the Binomial Test Table (p = 0.002); After that, the pilot test will be carried out to determine statistical reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha test (α = 80.7). Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, correlational level, cross-sectional and quantitative approach. In relation to the population, 60 nursing professionals who work in emergency and hospitalization services were considered. Regarding the technique, the survey will be used and there will be two measurement instruments that will be applied. In relation to the instrument that measures patient safety culture, it contains 42 questions and covers five dimensions, within which are teamwork, communication, safety culture, supervision, and management and direction. Similarly, the nursing care quality instrument comprises 21 items and covers three dimensions defined as technical, operational and human, taking into consideration that the two questionnaires are valid in terms of reliability and validity. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to critical reading. using the grade system to assign recommendation strength. Results: Of the total number of articles analyzed, 10/10 show effective interventions to reduce and/or prevent risks to which personnel working in a surgical center are subjected. Of which the majority, 6/10, represent systematic review studies, 3/10 represent experimental studies and 1/10 represent a quasi-experimental study. Conclusions: The research reviewed showed that there are effective interventions that prevent risks and should be applied in the surgical center, such as the use of double gloves and blunt needles in surgeries, as well as the use of personal protective equipment, specifically masks. Have special equipment to reduce exposures, and the hepatitis B vaccine (VDP) among others. Material and Methods: Systematic review, randomized clinical trial, structured and retrospective review, subject to critical choice, using the Grade evaluation system determining its strength, quality and level of certainty, found in the following databases: PubMed, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Cochrane Wiley Online Library, Elsevier, Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles systematically consulted, 60% (n= 6/10) are systematic reviews, 30% (n= 3/10) are randomized trials and 10% (n= 1/10) are cohort studies. Of the results obtained according to a systematic review carried out in this study, they come from the nations of the USA (50%), followed by France (10%), Egypt (10%), Australia (10%), Turkey (10%), and the United Kingdom (10%). Results: Likewise in the demonstrations studied, 100% (n=10/10) indicate the effectiveness of vascular access through the intraosseous route in patients in critical condition. Methodology: systematic reviews, studies duly selected in response to know the effectiveness of different research related to improving health, choosing 10 articles with scientific databases and meeting selection criteria. Results were obtained mainly in this research, 30% from Belgium, 20% Spain, 10% London, 10% South Korea, 10% Australia, 10% New York, and 10% Germany. Research design 70% corresponding to systematic reviews, 30% to cross-sectional cohort studies. Regarding the evidence, 80% resulted in; an effectiveness of barrier products for the treatment of (DAI), in the ICU. While 20% found no evidence in barrier products in dermatitis associated with incontinence. Methodology: The study carried out is a Systematic Review of 10 articles in the LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, and PUBMED databases, whose search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the Jover's evaluation to identify its level of evidence. Results: In the review of the Articles, the effectiveness of changing the peripheral venous catheter to prevent phlebitis is observed; However, in the latest studies carried out, the permanence time of peripheral devices does not show the cause of the origin of vascular complications such as phlebitis, in relation to the systematic change and replacement due to clinical indication in adult patients with intravenous treatment. Conclusion: The evidence shows that to prevent phlebitis in hospitalized patients, changing the peripheral venous catheter does not necessarily require routine change every 72 hours, but rather when clinically indicated. Material and method: This research has a quantitative approach, and the design is a systematic review. A total of 10 scientific articles were reviewed, which were subjected to critical reading and analyzed using the Grade system to identify the level of quality of the evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles analyzed, 100% (n=10/10) indicate that the ethylene oxide sterilization method for thermosensitive medical devices with lumens or hollow structures is effective due to its strong bactericidal, viricidal, and fungicidal properties, and above all, its high penetrating power and compatibility with all materials. The follow-up was directed to articles with full text submitted to a critical reading, the recommendation will be made using the GRADE system. Results: According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out on ten scientific articles in the present study, these come from China (40%), followed by the United Kingdom (30%), Italy (10%), Malaysia (10%), Sweden (10%). of the articles are systematic reviews, followed by 40% (4) meta-analysis, randomized clinical trial 10% (1), cohort 10% (1) cases and controls 10% (1). Of the total of 10 articles reviewed, 100% (n=10) recommended fiber intake to prevent colorectal cancer in adults. Material and Methods: Systematic review that summarizes the results of various investigations, identifying what is most relevant to answer specific questions. The search has been limited to articles with full text that have been critically read, using the GRADE evaluation to assign their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 05 articles were chosen, finding that 40% (04) correspond to Brazil, Peru and Mexico and 10% (01) Asia (India). These are mostly experimental studies (10%), descriptive case series type (20%), systematic reviews (10%), controlled clinical trials (10%). 100% of the articles state that high-level disinfection (HLD) does not ensure the elimination of the most resistant microorganisms such as endospores and some mycobacterium, such as microorganisms of the Coccidia subclass such as M. Masiliense, so this process is not considered effective in preventing infections in minimally invasive procedures. Various articles were found scientists and for this the Lilacs, Cochrane, Intramed, PubMed, Epistemonikos database was used. A critical and intensive evaluation of each article was carried out, from which the quality of the evidence and the strength of recommendation for each article was determined through the GRADE method. Results: Of all the 7 articles reviewed, 86% (n= 6/7) evidence the effectiveness of sterilization with hydrogen peroxide in ensuring the sterilization of medical instruments contaminated with prions. 24% (1/7) evidence the effectiveness of hydrogen peroxide as a decontaminant. Methodology: Systematic review of observational, descriptive design, using the Grade evaluation method to establish the level of evidence, located in information sources: Scielo, Epistemonikos, Pubmed. Results: Of the 10 articles, 90% (n=9/10) agree that, in order to increase vaccination coverage of health personnel, it should be established as mandatory. However, only 10% (n=1/10) of the articles reviewed show that the interventions do not cause the expected impact, with the educational interventions not showing any effectiveness. Causing influenza vaccination coverage to remain low. Other studies mention that vaccination was successful thanks to the use of free mobile devices, weekly promotional emails and raffles for health workers. Conclusions: According to the evidence reviewed, 9/10 articles indicate that the most effective intervention strategy to increase vaccination coverage in health workers is the mandatory policy. The population consisted of 80 articles, 10 scientific articles were chosen as a sample, they had the following databases as instruments: Pub Med, Springer Link, Cochrane Bookstore. 100% qualitative (n= 10/10). According to the results obtained, according to the methodological design, 20% are systematic review and meta-analysis, 10% are systematic review, 30% are meta-analysis review and 40% experimental, according to the quality of the evidence according to the Grade se system. found high at 100% high and according to the strength of the recommendation 100% strong. Materials and methods: The academic work responds to the quantitative approach and systematic review design with a population of 15 articles and 10 were taken as a sample. The instrument used was the search in databases such as Cochrane, Lilacs, Pubmed, Medline, Epistemonikos , Intramed and Scielo, the ten studies found according to the type of research, 10% (1/10) belong to a systematic review, 80% (8/10) are applied experimental and the 10% (1/10) transversal; 60% of the studies are from Brazil and 10% from Spain, Colombia, Peru and Taiwan respectively. To evaluate the articles, the GRADE Method was used, which measures the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Depending on the country, the investigations were carried out corresponding to the United States 30%, Germany 20%, Canada 20%, France 10%, Poland 10% and the United Kingdom 10% respectively. Results: Of the articles, 70% (n = 7/10) point out the effectiveness of airway management with supraglottic devices in pediatric emergency patients, while 30% (n = 3/10) point out the effectiveness of Supraglottic devices versus other devices in airway management in emergency pediatric patients. Material and Methods: The Systematic Review is an Observational and Retrospective Research Design, Subjected to Critical Selection Using the Grade Evaluation System for the Identification of the Degree of Evidence in the Following Databases: Pudmed, Redalyc, Cochrane, Sciencederect, Researchgte, Bvs And Lylacs. Of the 5 Articles Reviewed, 60% were Randomized Clinical Trials and 40% were Quantitative Studies of Process Costs. 60% of the studies were carried out in the US, 20% in Italy and 20% in Austria. Results of the evidence found, 100% of the studies conclude that the sterrad hydrogen peroxide plasma method is effective in optimizing the sterilization of thermosensitive medical instruments and is directly related to the decontamination method previously used. In the Cost Evaluation (40%) it is obtained that despite the high cost of the sterrad system, in the long term it shows economic effectiveness in technology. Materials and methods: Type of quantitative study, study design: systematic review, population 10 articles and sample: Systematic review of 10 articles, various scientific articles were found, the Cochrane, Lilacs, Pubmed, Epistemonikos, Intramed database was used . A critical and intensive evaluation of each article was carried out, the quality of the evidence and the strength of recommendation for each article was established through the GRADE method (22). Results: Of all the 10 articles reviewed, 40% (n= 4/10) demonstrate the effectiveness of using the type of non-woven fabric packaging in maintaining the sterility of medical devices in sterilization centers and 60 % (n=6/10) of the articles express that there is not enough scientific evidence to define the predominance of some type of packaging in maintaining sterilization. Conclusion: The largest proportion of studies show that none of the types of packaging is more effective than the other, for maintaining the sterility of medical devices in sterilization centers.
