Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of the humanized care of the graduates of the professional academic nursing school of a Private University of Lima.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-08) Canaza Luque, Lizeth Giannina; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThe present investigation had the objective of determining the perception of humanized care in graduates of the professional school of nursing of a private university in Lima, basic type research of quantitative approach, descriptive non-experimental of cross-sectional, The study population consisted of 60 graduates of a private university in Lima, the data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale; the scale "Perception of humanized nursing care behaviors" (PCHE), with a Cronbach's Alpha 0.94. The results found that the perception of graduates regarding humanized care shows that 68.3% of the population would agree (41 cases), 30.0% sometimes agree (18 cases), and 1.7% would disagree (1 case). Which means that the majority perceived an adequate practice with quality towards the patient.Ítem Acceso abierto Stress and academic satisfaction in eighth cycle nursing students at Norbert Wiener University, 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-15) Calle Ballón, Lucía Inés; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaObjective: The present research aims to determine the relationship between the level of stress and academic satisfaction in eighth-cycle Nursing students at Norbert Wiener University, 2022. The study will be of the applied type. The design is correlational, observational, cross-sectional. The population consisted of 140 eighth-cycle students from Norbert Wiener University, calculating the sample formula gives a result of 62 students. It will be a non-probabilistic sampling, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique used was the survey. The instruments used are the SISCO Inventory to measure stress and the SEUE questionnaire to measure academic satisfaction. Results: 40.3% had a high level of stress and academic satisfaction at a very satisfied level with 51.6%. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship between stress and academic satisfaction in eighth-cycle Nursing students at Norbert Wiener University, 2022 and this relationship is positive (p = 0.001).
