    Emotional intelligence in nurses working in the intensive care unit with COVID 19 patients of a private clinic in Lima, 2021

    Emotional intelligence is based on the skills and dispositions to voluntarily establish a state of mind or feeling based on ideas about facts or events. The person has to use their emotions, guiding them appropriately in activities that are constructive, as well as in personal performance. Emotional intelligence is a good predictor for success in life, as well as a key component for maintaining quality intra- and interpersonal relationships. Objective: Determine emotional intelligence in nurses who work in the intensive care unit with Covid 19 patients of a private clinic in Lima, 2021. Type of study: This research assumes a quantitative approach, descriptive design and cross-sectional, it is constituted by 50 nursing professionals working in the Covid 19 intensive care unit of a private clinic in Lima. Data will be collected through a survey and the instrument that will be used to determine emotional intelligence is the Traid Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24), which is made up of 24 items and three dimensions. This instrument was validated in our country by Chang Mey, obtaining adequate results and has a reliability of 0.959 using Cronbach's Alpha. Data processing: The data will be exported to a data matrix designed in the Microsoft Excel 2019 program. The findings will be presented in statistical tables and graphs to be analyzed and interpreted.

    Knowledge and attitude of nursing staff regarding cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of medical devices in the sterilization center of a hospital in Lima 2020

    It is the commitment of Nursing in the Sterilization Center to rigorously comply with processes of cleaning, packaging, sterilization/disinfection, storage and distribution of medical devices, for this it is important to have the theory and that the attitudes are favorable to prevent risks and possible harm to the user. . The objective of this academic work is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of Nursing staff regarding cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of medical devices in the Sterilization Center of a hospital in Lima, 2020. Quantitative study, descriptive approach with correlational, cross-sectional method. The technique will be the survey, the Knowledge Questionnaire and the Likert-type Attitude Scale will be the instruments, the content validity of both instruments by experts is 83% and the reliability is 0.7 for the Questionnaire and 0.9 for the Attitude-type Scale. Likert using Crombach's α formula. After having collected the data, they will be processed using SPSS 26.0 statistical program. Spearman's correlation coefficient will be applied, which will serve to measure strength and direction when associating these two variables. Your results will be presented in statistical graphs and tables, with data interpretation and analysis.

    Level of anxiety and the relationship with the level of satisfaction of nursing care in family members of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM emergency service Honorio Delgado-Hideyo Noguchi, Lima 2022

    Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and the level of satisfaction with nursing care in relatives of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM emergency service Honorio Delgado-Hideyo Noguchi, 2022. Materials and methods: hypothetical deductive methods Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and non-experimental design, with a population of 80 relatives of psychiatric patients who attend the INSM Honorio Delgado-Hideyo emergency service Noguchi, in the period of June - July 2022, the anxiety level will be measured, which was used as the Hamilton anxiety scale with 13 items and 4 response options for psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety with Results: 40 to 52, medium 16 to 36, mild 16 to 25. Level of satisfaction with nursing care in family was measured with a Likert scale with 4 response options and a 24-hour questionnaire was used. Information, human warmth and comfort, and technical and scientific items, obtaining the satisfaction rating scale as: Low (24-55), Medium (56-88) and High (89-120). Results: The effects will be displayed in statistical tables and graphs, using measures of central tendency for quantitative analysis. Conclusions: This research will allow us to improve the level of anxiety and the level of satisfaction with nursing care in family members of psychiatric patients who attend the emergency service, taking into account productivity for the benefit of patients and the institution.

    Psychosocial risk of nursing staff in a public sector hospital, Santa Anita- Lima, year 2020

    The general objective of the research is: Determine the level of psychosocial risk factors of nursing staff in a public sector hospital, Santa Anita - Lima. It will be carried out with the total population of 87 nursing professionals. Material and method: The study is non-experimental, descriptive and transversal. The validated instrument will be used, the “psychosocial factors at work” questionnaire (adapted), with a Crombach's alpha of 0.9. Data processing will be carried out in the SPSS 26.0 statistical software. The results will be presented in statistical tables and graphs. In this way, it will be possible to identify the main psychosocial risk factors present in the work environment of nursing collaborators who provide their services in a hospital in the public health sector, thus determining the levels of psychosocial risk factor. Ethical principles will be taken into account.
