Los programas educativos mejoraran la calidad de vida en pacientes con hipertensión arterial y es efectiva por que cumple un papel valioso en la modificación de estilos de vida y previenen los factores de riesgo coronario, lo que disminuirá la morbimortalidad por esta enfermedad.

El objetivo del estudio fue Determinar si existe asociación entre los factores socioculturales y estilos de vida en usuarios de “Boticas V&R”, Villa María del Triunfo durante el periodo de pandemia. Método, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. Muestra 217 personas, se utilizó un instrumento para medir estilos de vida y factores socioculturales. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó el programa SPSS Versión 25.0 y la prueba de independencia Chi cuadrado. Resultados, Respecto a la dimensión características biológicas se encontró que existe asociación entre el indicador edad con la dimensión responsabilidad en salud de la variable estilos de vida. En la dimensión características sociales se halló asociación entre los indicadores ingreso mensual y estado civil con manejo del estrés de la variable estilos de vida, entre el indicador ingreso mensual con la variable estilos de vida. En la dimensión características culturales se encontró asociación entre los indicadores grado de instrucción y religión con la dimensión autorrealización de la variable estilos de vida. Conclusión: existe asociación entre factores socioculturales y estilos de vida en usuarios de “Boticas V&R”, Villa María del Triunfo, pero se da en forma parcial.

Healthy lifestyles and their relationship with degrees of arterial hypertension in users from 30 to 59 years of age who come to the santa Cruz Policlinic- Essalud Miraflores 2020

The reality of high blood pressure in people tends to expose the need to maintain a higher quality lifestyle, where the objective will be: To determine the relationship between healthy lifestyles and the degrees of high blood pressure in users aged 30 to 59 years who attend the Santa Cruz - ESSALUD Miraflores polyclinic, 2020. The methodology will be correlational and non-experimental, with a sample of 112 patients, collecting data through the questionnaire. The results will expose the relationship between the study variables, where the evaluation of their incidence will be maintained and a response will be offered for each objective stated. Meanwhile, the conclusions will show a clear conception of the objectives stated, consequently, of the identification of the problem and collecting information on the results.

Lifestyles and adherence to treatment hemodialysis in chronic kidney patients who they attend an outsourced clinic in Lima, 2023

Objective: To determine the relationship that exists between lifestyles and adherence to hemodialysis treatment in chronic kidney patients who attend an Outsourced Clinic in Lima, 2023. Methods: The study will use the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, type applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational design. The population and sample will be made up of 80 chronic kidney patients, with nonprobabilistic sampling for convenience. For the processing and analysis of the survey data, first the collected information will be ordered, then the coding will be carried out, once the data is collected, the data will be organized according to their study variables, the data will be processed using the Microsoft Excel 2021 program and the statistical software SPSS version 26.0 to generate tables and/or graphs by dimensions and indicators of the study variables of the first variable lifestyles and the second variable adherence to hemodialysis treatment; Likewise, it will be used to determine the relationship between variables through the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho).
