The approach was qualitative, with inductive method, it has a phenomenological and hermeneutic design, the sample was 10 experts in the area of Forensic Toxicology, a semi structured interview of 13 questions was applied, the information was processed in the Atlas ti 24 software. The results according to the category of regulated drugs were that benzodiazepines stand out, the acquisition of which is facilitated by the lack of control by the authorities, sociocultural, political and economic factors. With respect to new psychoactive substances, four were studied; Burundanga, Propofol, Muscle Relaxants, and Xylazine in which it was evidenced that these drugs have characteristics that are easily accessible and available because they are drugs for therapeutic, vegetable and veterinary use, have a fast metabolism, easy to mask and difficult to identify, also more emerging drugs were evidenced in this crime such as Tusi (pink drug), ketamine, hypoglycemic, antihistamines and fentanyl causing chemical submission. In the category of crimes of sexual violence, limitations were identified in terms of human resources, infrastructure, equipment and workload, in order to implement a new toxicological protocol. It was concluded that the new toxicological substances should be implemented in toxicological screening for crimes of sexual violence, as long as the identified limitations are improved, which will be additional evidence to clarify the facts.Publicación Acceso abierto Peritaje de drogas sintéticas por cromatografía de gases y su relacion con el proceso penal por tráfico ilícito de drogas, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-03-25) Maldonado Laurente, José; Casana Jara, Kelly MilagritosThe objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship of the expert opinion of synthetic drugs by gas chromatography with the criminal process for illicit drug trafficking, in the Directorate of Criminalistics PNP 2021. Peru, Colombia and Bolivia are the only countries with geography and climate conducive to the cultivation of the coca plant, where PBC and CC are clandestinely produced, which is illicitly trafficked to all countries. In Peru, the coca growing areas where PBC and CC are clandestinely produced are located in the high jungle, among them is the VRAEM, where the PNP has specialized units to prevent and combat drug trafficking, but despite This exceeds the operational capacity of the PNP, taking advantage of the rugged jungle and the violent actions of narcoterrorism, to evade police control; Given this situation, the PNP constantly carries out police operations in clandestine rural laboratories, without including, in most cases, a forensic expert, losing clues and evidence that would allow the identification of alleged perpetrators of TID. The objective of this thesis is to establish the relationship that exists between the variables under study. The research had a non-experimental cross-sectional design, correlational scope, quantitative approach and a population of 49 forensic experts from the Criminalistics Office, Kimbiri-Cusco. The result and conclusion of the research coincide in determining that there is a weak positive significant correlation between the variables under study, with a Spearman Rho degree of .385, due to the deficient processing of the DID crime scene.
