Of which 50% demonstrate that they generate a risk of Parkinson's, 20% generate a risk of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and 20% demonstrate that they generate a risk of Alzheimer's in workers and the remaining 10% affirm that they generate a risk of the three diseases. neurological. It is concluded that occupational exposure to pesticides does generate a risk of neurodegenerative diseases in workers. The risk of neurodegenerative diseases increases considerably when the worker remains in direct contact and maintains continuous exposure to pesticides.
