Ítem Acceso abierto Leadership styles and their relationship with job satisfaction in nurses working in the surgical center of a hospital in Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-11-14) Sotelo Ruiz, Ibone; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoThe objective of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction in nurses working in the surgical center of a hospital in Lima, 2021. The method used was hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied, descriptive, and correlational research type, with a non-experimental design. The study population consisted of 84 nurses, with a sample of 69. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The dimensions of the first variable were: transformational, transactional, laissez-faire, and in job satisfaction, intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The instruments were validated by expert judgment, and reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha, with values of 0.951 for leadership styles and 0.839 for job satisfaction.
