Discussion: In ten preselected articles, in different databases, 9 were selected with high evidence according to the A.J JOVER method. 8 the results allow us to identify that nursing guidance and intervention does influence the characteristics of the care provided by the nursing professional. Conclusion: We can determine that nursing intervention is important in the self-care of the patient undergoing invasive procedures, since it affects both the patient and his family in all dimensions of life, which is why it requires an interdisciplinary approach.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of the open regimen of visits for the emotional support of the family - patient in the intensive care unit(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-09-27) Meza Curo, Orlando; Medina Richarte, Raúl Angelino; Basurto Santillán, Ivan JavierThis work aims to systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of open visitation regimes for emotional support for family-patient units in the ICU.
