Anxiety and depression in relatives of patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of a Hospital in Lima Este - Vitarte, 2021

The study will be carried out within the specialty of intensive care and focuses on theproblems regarding anxiety and depression produced in relatives of patients who arehospitalized in the aforementioned unit, a situation that becomes a great concern at the healthlevel due to the effects it can have on people's mental, emotional and physical health if it isnot treated in a timely manner. OBJECTIVE: to determine the relationship between anxietyand depression in relatives of patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit of a hospital inLima, 2021. Materials and methods: The study will have a quantitative approach,descriptive-correlational scope, with a cross-sectional, non-experimental design. The samplewill consist of 60 people. The survey technique will be used and the instruments will be theBeck Anxiety Inventory and the Beck II Depression Inventory. Keywords: anxiety;depression; intensive care; relatives of patients.

Aspects related to effective communication between nurses and patients' families

Objectives: Determine the aspects related to effective communication between the nurse and the patients' families in the area. Methodology/Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 40% (04) correspond to Spain, with 40% (04) we find Colombia, while with 10% (01) we find Peru and Mexico respectively. The majority of Cross-Sectional studies have been studied, with 90%, mainly in the countries of Spain, Colombia, Peru and Mexico. And with 10% we have quasi-experimental studies belonging to Spain. Where the aspects related to effective communication of the nurse with the family members considered in the majority of the articles analyzed were: Verbal aspects (Strategies to facilitate understanding), Non-verbal aspects (social skills), heterogeneous positions on the presence of the family , the identification of the nurse and finally the instrumental aspects. Conclusions: It was evident in the reviewed research that to carry out effective communication it is necessary to consider the aspects of communication.

Burnout syndrome and quality of nursing care in the neonatal intensive care service of a hospital in Lima, 2022

The study will focus on an extremely critical problem within the field of neonatal intensive care, due to the risk that burnout syndrome means for nurses physically, psychologically and emotionally, aspects that result in the quality of care, which can be significantly affected. negatively, exposing them to the occurrence of various risks or adverse events that can endanger their lives and that of the patients. Objective: Determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and quality of nursing care in the neonatal intensive care service of a hospital in Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: The study uses a hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type. and non-experimental design. 50 nurses and 50 parents will participate. The survey will be used and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) validated by María Huanca in 2018 and the questionnaire will be applied to measure the quality of care variable developed by Roxana Puicón in 2022. The levels obtained by each variable will be measured at through Spearman's non-parametric Rho test.

Criterios de protección de la familia homosexual y su incompatibilidad con la jurisprudencia supranacional en el Perú, 2020. Expediente N° 01739- 2018-PA/TC

La jurisprudencia supranacional ha sido clave para promover los derechos de la familia homosexual a nivel mundial. El objetivo es analizar los criterios de protección de la familia homosexual y su incompatibilidad con la jurisprudencia supranacional en el Perú, 2020. La metodología utilizada posee un enfoque cualitativo, diseño de investigación estudio de caso, técnica de recogida de datos, con un análisis documentario, y un nivel de investigación exploratoria y descriptiva de método inductivo paradigma naturalista. Resultados se evidencio que, a nivel supranacional, existe una tendencia hacia la protección de los derechos de la comunidad LGBTI y de las familias homosexuales, considerándose que la discriminación por orientación sexual es incompatible con los derechos humanos. Sin embargo, en el caso Ugarteche, la jurisprudencia peruana ha sido más restrictiva, y ha limitado el acceso a ciertos derechos a las parejas homosexuales

El divorcio unilateral frente a la institución del matrimonio civil peruano, Lima 2023

En el marco de la necesidad que viene aconteciendo en los procesos de divorcio de la base al matrimonio y la disolución del vínculo en caso de cualquier tipo de violencia hacia cualquiera de los cónyuges en el sistema institucional de la figura del matrimonio; esta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar la manera en que el divorcio unilateral impacta en la institución del matrimonio civil peruano, Lima 2023. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cualitativo, nivel exploratorio, tipo básica, paradigma naturalista, nivel descriptivo, con el método inductivo, y se aplicó la técnica de análisis documentario e instrumento de la ficha documentaria. Los resultados indican que el divorcio unilateral reducirá la carga procesal en los juzgados de familia sobre los casos de disolución del vínculo matrimonial de parte de los cónyuges. Es así que, con una implementación se asumen retos en la modernización de la institución del matrimonio dentro del núcleo familiar para garantizar el derecho de la familia y la libertad de elegir una convivencia. En conclusión, se identifico que el divorcio unilateral requiere ser instaurado en los procesos de divorcio para poder proteger la voluntad de los cónyuges y puedan divorciarse en un corto plazo por una vía notarial.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of a educational intervention of 3 months duration at the levels of hemoglobin of children from 6 to 35 months of age with anemia, treated in 2 health facilities in the San Juan de Lurigancho district. A sample of 122 children was taken from the Project database “Zero Anemia.” Median hemoglobin before intervention was 10.4g/dL and after the intervention it was 11.4g/dL, being the statistically significant difference.

Effective strategies to strengthen growth and development in children

Objective: Systematize the best evidence in already completed research; That is, to what extent the research found adds new knowledge to the central question. Material and methods: Information was collected from different articles according to the level of evidence and degree of recommendation. Thus, descriptive and correlational studies were selected. Results: The factors that intervene in the non-attendance of the CRED control of the boy and girl, the mothers and/or caregivers report that the nursing staff is insufficient and they have difficulties with the hours of care, with the waiting time, diversity of tasks of the home. Conclusions: It is detailed that in the range of 4 to 8%, fathers, mothers, caregivers have difficulties taking their children to the CRED due to work schedules, leaving their children in the care of minors, due to ignorance of the importance of the CRED, generating a significant gap between the children who attend the CRED and those who do not attend, which could be decisive, so that the children do not reach optimal development, causing them to be limited in their cognitive development and school performance, limiting their possibilities to access other levels of education, and with low economic productivity when they reach the adult stage of life. This is why it is essential to generate effective strategies to strengthen the growth and development of children; it is necessary to involve the person, family and community in this context, to preserve family health in the population.

Effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention for the integration into the family and community of the patient with psychiatric disorder

Introduction: The WHO, visualizing the gap in community psychiatric treatments, promotes the global mental health action program by giving recommendations based on evidence and available treatments, so that health providers can assist without the need for a specialty. Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of a nursing educational intervention for the integration of patients with psychiatric disorders into the community. Methodology: Systematic review of the 8 scientific articles found that analyzed as the main topic the effectiveness of an educational nursing intervention. nursing for the integration of the psychiatric patient into the family and community, were found in the following database, Cochrace, Scielo, PubMed, Medline, all of them were located according to a grade scale to identify their strength and quality of evidence.

Effectiveness of a psychoeducational nursing program for family members of patients with schizophrenia to reduce the burden on family caregivers

Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of a psychoeducational program in family members of patients with schizophrenia to reduce the caregiver's burden. Materials and Methods: Elxtipo xdexinvestigación is a systematic review. The 10 published scientific articles are indexed in scientific databases: Cochrane Journal, PubMed, Epistemonikos. The GRADE scale was used to evaluate the included scientific articles. Results: Of all the articles included in the study, and based on the design and type of studies proposed, 10% belonged to systematic review studies, 50% to clinical trials that included a randomized controlled trial, 30 % were quasi-experimental and 10% pre-experimental; Furthermore, 100% of the evidence agrees that the nursing intervention of the psychoeducational program has a positive effect on the caregiver's burden. It was found that in the study carried out by Tanrıverdi D, and Ekinci M.; In Türkiye, after the application of two psychoeducational sessions, the caregiver's burden was reduced from a value of 57.2±9.9 to a burden of 34.3±9.9; generating a decrease in the caregiver's burden and increasing their competence. Conclusions: 10 of 10 studies conclude that the application of a psychoeducational program generates a benefit in the family's care burden on the patient with schizophrenia. Furthermore, the application of the psychoeducational program generates benefits for both the caregiver and the family who has a patient with schizophrenia.

Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review that synthesizes results from multiple primary studies. These are essential to evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to address specific clinical practice questions. The search was restricted to articles with full text, and selected articles were critically read using the GRADE system to assign the strength of recommendation. Results: Ten articles were selected, with 30% (3) from the United States, 30% (3) from Cuba, 20% (2) from Spain, and 10% (1) from Brazil and Venezuela, respectively. Most of the studies were quasi-experimental, accounting for 80%, primarily from the United States, Cuba, and Spain. Systematic reviews accounted for 10%, and 10% were randomized controlled trials from Spain. Of the articles analyzed, 80% affirmed that the nursing educational program aimed at mothers to strengthen adherence to exclusive breastfeeding in infants up to 6 months of age is effective. Conclusions: The nursing educational program aimed at mothers to strengthen adherence to exclusive breastfeeding in infants up to 6 months of age is effective.

Effectiveness of an educational program on knowledge and practices about healthy eating in parents of school-age children

Objectives: Determine the effectiveness of an educational program on knowledge and practices about healthy eating in parents of school-age children and make recommendations based on the evidence found. Materials and Methods: The search was carried out in Scielo, Lilacs, Lipecs, Medline, the information was oriented using the keywords effectiveness, educational program, knowledge, practices, food and nutrition. Where original articles published in journals were found between January 2006 and September 2016. Of a total of 25 articles, 10 articles that met the eligibility criteria were analyzed, including experimental, pre-experimental and quasi-experimental studies that met the inclusion criteria. and exclusion. The levels of evidence and strength of recommendation were then evaluated. Results: In the final selection, 10 were chosen, we found that 100% (n=10/10) of them affirm that the educational programs aimed at parents are effective in knowledge and practices about healthy eating. Conclusions: The application of an educational program has a positive impact on the knowledge and practices about healthy eating for parents of school-age children, generating healthy practices for parents in food preparation and children with adequate healthy growth and development. .

Effectiveness of an intervention program in early family care for the development of psychomotor capacity and adaptation to the environment in children under 5 years of age

Objective: Analyze the scientific evidence about the effectiveness of an intervention program in early family care for the development of psychomotor capacity and adaptation to the environment in children under 5 years of age. Material and methods: It is a systematic review of 10 scientific articles of interest for the study, which were found in databases: Scielo, Lilacs, Cochrane, Pubmed, Google Scholar; All of them were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine their strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 3 are systematic reviews (30%), 2 are randomized controlled trials (20%), 2 are cohort studies (20%), 1 meta-analysis (10%), 1 case-control studies (10% ) and 1 randomized clinical trial (10%). All of them point out the effectiveness of an intervention program in early family care to improve psychomotor development and adaptation to the environment. Conclusion: 100% of the articles reviewed show effectiveness in an intervention program in early family care to improve psychomotor development and adaptation to the child's environment, which should be started as soon as possible to improve development, maximizing their abilities. and integrating the family in this process.

Effectiveness of palliative care to improve the quality of life of children with cancer

Objective: Systematize evidence on the effectiveness of palliative care to improve the quality of life in children with cancer. MATERIAL AND METHOD: The study is a systematic observational and retrospective review of articles with full text, in which their grade or quality of evidence was identified according to the Grade System. The population was made up of 10 articles obtained from the following databases in Pubmed, Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, Dialnet, Scielo, and Lilacs search engines. Of which 90% (9/10) correspond to systematic reviews and 10% (1/10) to literature reviews, of these 60% (6/10) correspond to the United States, 10% to the United Kingdom ( 1/10), Germany 10% (1/10), Canada 10% (1/10), and Colombia 10% (1/10). Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% demonstrate that palliative care is effective in improving the quality of life in children with cancer. Conclusions: 100% of the articles show that palliative care is effective in improving the quality of life in children with cancer; helping in the prevention and relief of pain, anguish, reducing stress levels, anxiety, and fear associated with the disease; raising their quality of life, both for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the child and their family.

Effectiveness of the nurse's educational intervention in reducing stress in adult patients undergoing invasive procedures

Aim. Analyze and synthesize results of the systematic review of studies carried out regarding the effectiveness of educational intervention by nurses in reducing stress in adult patients undergoing invasive procedures. Materials and Methods: Systematic literature review. The search has been restricted to articles in Spanish with full text available in PDF. The selected articles are subjected to critical reading using the Critical Appraisal Skills Program CASPe3 and A.J Jover evaluation. Results: In the systematic review, the search question was considered, as well as the keywords and it allowed us to know the lack of information on the search topic, since the evidence found is with results that are expected to be achieved, being that it was taken as a criterion. of inclusion, as well as evidence that we found in other languages or required an economic cost to acquire the information, for this reason there was difficulty in the corresponding analysis. Discussion: In ten preselected articles, in different databases, 9 were selected with high evidence according to the A.J JOVER method. 8 the results allow us to identify that nursing guidance and intervention does influence the characteristics of the care provided by the nursing professional. Conclusion: We can determine that nursing intervention is important in the self-care of the patient undergoing invasive procedures, since it affects both the patient and his family in all dimensions of life, which is why it requires an interdisciplinary approach.

Effectiveness of the open regimen of visits for the emotional support of the family - patient in the intensive care unit

This work aims to systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of open visitation regimes for emotional support for family-patient units in the ICU. Through a systematic review, supported by the GRADE system to evaluate the quality of selected scientific articles from databases such as Lilacs, Scielo, PubMed, Medline, and Cochrane Plus, it is observed that 40% of the studies are systematic reviews, 30% are literature reviews, 10% are descriptive correlational studies, 10% are bibliographic reviews, and 10% are randomized clinical trials. Based on these findings, the conclusion is that in 8 out of 10 articles, open visitation regimes have been found effective for emotional support in the family-patient ICU relationship; however, in 2 out of 10 articles, open visitation regimes were not found to be effective, although the open visitation regime in ICU is effective for the emotional support of both families and patients in the ICU.

Effectiveness of using diaries as a strategy to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in post-intensive care patients and their families.

Objective: Systematize the available evidence regarding the effectiveness of the use of diaries as a strategy to reduce the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in patients and their families after intensive care. Materials and Methods: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles found on the Effectiveness of the use of diaries as a strategy to reduce the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in patients and their families after intensive care, were found in the following Cochrane database, Lilacs, Scielo, Pubmed, Epistemonikos, Bvs and analyzed according to the Grade scale to specify its strength and quality of evidence. Results: Of the total of 10 articles reviewed, 70% of them are of high quality, 30% correspond to moderate scientific evidence, the authors suggest conducting more research studies. Conclusions: 70% (7/10) of the reviews carried out evidence that the use of diaries was an effective measure, 20% (2/10) minimal evidence and 10% (1/10) there is no evidence that the use of the diaries favors the reduction of PTSD symptoms in post-intensive care patients and/or family members. It is evident that the use of diaries was a 50% (5/10) more effective intervention in family members of critically ill patients, where nurses write the diaries.
