Material and Method: A systematic observational and retrospective review of multiple primary investigations related to effective communication, such as Evidence Based Nursing, was carried out, selecting important studies to answer the specific question about effective communication as a leadership strategy in nursing, subsequently Each article was subjected to a critical reading, with the use of the GRADE methodology, the degree of strength was assigned with a rigorous methodology. Results: of 713 published articles found, only 10 articles met the inclusion criteria, which were published between 2008 to 2017. Communication is a strategy to strengthen leadership in nursing, being an important factor to be taken into account, without leaving aside other strategies that complement the characteristics of a leader. Conclusions: The research reviewed shows that effective communication is a strategy to strengthen leadership in nursing, being an important characteristic in the leader.Ítem Acceso abierto Family members' perception of nursing care in the ICU of a specialized institute in Junín, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-03) Arzapalo Yauri, Percy Ronald; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoThe objective of the research project is to determine the family member's perception of the nursing care of the patient in the ICU in a specialized institute in Junín. Material and Method: the study is quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional method. The population will consist of 60 adult family members legally responsible for the hospitalized patient, during the months of June-December 2021, that is, one family member for each patient, meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Regarding data collection, the survey technique will be used and a questionnaire will be used as an instrument, titled "Questionnaire perception of the family member about nursing care in the intensive care unit in a specialized institute in Junín 2021."
