Materials and Methods: Systematic reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: The 10 articles reviewed were located in the databases Scielo, Lilacs, :Lipecs and Dialnet, they show that there are many factors that are associated with non-compliance with treatment but in particular, those that present the highest levels of statistical association are treatment schemes, lifestyles, personal and family factors and access to quality primary care, also among the factors associated with non-compliance with treatment in type II diabetic patients is sedentary lifestyle and obesity. Conclusion: The factors associated with non-compliance with the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in older adults are treatment regimens, lifestyles, personal and family factors, and sedentary lifestyle and obesity. Also associated are the level of family conflict, communication patterns, the degree to which parents are involved in caring for their children's diabetes, satisfaction in the couple's relationship, family functionality, and family structure. , stressful family events, and even family abilities to handle unforeseen situations, are associated with adherence to type 2 diabetes mellitus treatment in older adults.Ítem Acceso abierto Nutritional status and its relationship with comorbidities in patients with Covid -19 in the San Miguel health center, Lima 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-10) Herrera Rojas, Asunta; Mori Castro, Jaime AlbertoObjective: To analyze the relationship between nutritional status and comorbidities in patients with COVID-19 at the San Miguel Lima Health Center 2021 Material and method: This research has a quantitative approach, because data collection is used to demonstrate the hypothesis based on statistical analysis and the analysis of the qualities or attributes described to determine the results in a population. In quantitative research, data on the variables to be studied are examined and collected, since statistics are used to contrast the hypotheses; this approach is based on examining an objective reality based on numerical measurements and statistical analysis to establish predictions or behavior patterns of the phenomenon or problem posed.Ítem Acceso abierto Total family risk and adherence to drug therapy in people affected with tuberculosis at the Huáscar Health Center XV-2018.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-06-14) Saldarriaga Sarango, Jorge; Lino Chahua, Victoria Lady; Perez Siguas, Rosa EvaMethod: The study approach was quantitative, correlational, and the population consisted of 145 patients from the National Strategy for Tuberculosis Prevention and Control. The technique used was the interview, and the instruments used were questionnaires, the RFT 5-33 created by Pilar Amaya, and the Morisky adherence questionnaire. Results: The most prominent sociodemographic characteristics in terms of age were 35.9% between 15 to 33 years, 35.2% between 34 to 51 years; in terms of sex, 50.3% were female and 49.7% male. Regarding educational level, 75.2% had completed secondary education, 10.3% had incomplete secondary education, and 49.7% were from a nuclear family. In terms of family type, 56.6% belonged to a nuclear family, 39.3% to an extended family, 2.8% to a modified nuclear family, and 0.7% had partners. Regarding family risk, 85% were in threatened families, 14% in high-risk families, and 1% in low-risk families. Regarding pharmacological adherence, 86% were non-adherent and 14% were adherent. These articles were published within the last 5 years in English and Spanish, and were found in the following databases: Pubmed, Scielo, and Cochrane Plus, and were subjected to a critical reading. Results: A total of 10 articles were analyzed, with 40% highlighting the increase in knowledge about chronic kidney disease, 20% emphasizing improvements in diet control as a result of nursing education, 20% discussing adherence to dialysis treatment, pharmacological compliance, and vaccination. Another 10% referred to infection prevention, family guidance, promotion of comfortable environments, and control of nitrogenous substances. The remaining 10% described coping techniques for anxiety and depression. Conclusion: 100% of the articles demonstrate the effectiveness of nursing education in patients, as it increases their self-care ability regarding the disease, with healthy habits, improving quality of life, preventing risks, reducing morbidity and mortality, and delaying the progression of chronic kidney disease from its early stages.Ítem Acceso abierto Total family risk and type of family in the asentamiento humano Santa Rosa Alta sector VII of the district of Rimac, Lima 2017.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-02-26) Sangay López, Elizabeth; Perez Siguas, Rosa EvaObjective: To determine the relationship between the perception of humanized nursing care and socio-demographic factors in patients hospitalized in a public hospital in Lima. Materials and methods: This is a quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational study. The study sample consisted of 111 patients. For data collection, the instrument 'Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors and Socio-Demographic Factors' (PCHE) developed by Rivera and Triana in 2007 was used. It consists of 50 items and 8 socio-demographic factors, applied after informed consent. Results: The perception of humanized nursing care, 62% perceives it as good, 32% as excellent, 5% as average, and 1% perceives it as poor. Regarding socio-demographic factors, the most prominent economic stratum was the one with an income of (S/1,115), with 58%. The population consisted of 115 families living in sector VII of the Santa Rosa Human Settlement in the Rímac District. The technique used was the survey-interview. The instrument was the RTF questionnaire: 5-33 by Pilar Amaya, which contains 33 questions and is divided into 5 dimensions: psycho-affective conditions, health services and practices, housing and neighborhood conditions, socio-economic situation, and child management. Conclusions: There is no relationship between total family risk and family type. In total family risk, threatened families predominate, and most are type 1 families.
