It is based on Madeleine Leininger's theory, which considers that subjects from different cultures have the possibility of providing information about the care they wish to receive or require from others. Regarding the methodology of the writing, it will be of a quantitative approach, of an applied type, quantitative, of a non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. The population will have 1,132 children, the sample will be established by 680 infants. The technique to be used will be the survey, and as an instrument the questionnaire, which will be divided according to the three dimensions studied: classification, preparation and prevalence of food, and as an instrument a questionnaire of questions.
