Publicación Acceso abierto Analizar los dispositivos médicos rechazados en el centro quirúrgico de la Clínica Vesalio en base a sus principios, normas, criterios y exigencias básicas, de acuerdo al Decreto Supremo N.° 016-2011/SA-2012(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2013) Béjar Delgado, Giovanni Jefferson; Chunga Guzmán, Josefa Eduviges; Llatas Gonzales, Yvonne MagaliThis research describes the regulatory conditions in Peru, with greater detail regarding medical devices, with the purpose of identifying those that were rejected in the surgical center of Clínica Vesalio, based on their regulations, criteria, and basic requirements, according to Supreme Decree No. 016-2011/SA, during the year 2012. The rejected medical devices were identified through surveys applied to surgeons and scrub nurses. These rejected medical devices were identified in the surgical center of Clínica Vesalio. The most frequent were the adult urine collection bag, with 33.33%; the two-way Foley catheter, with 26.67%; the gauze sponge, with 23.33%; and surgical gloves, with 16.67%. Likewise, the reasons for rejection were identified. The most frequent was poor quality, with 33.33%, followed by fragility (23.33%); packaging that does not ensure adequate sterility (16.66%); non-compliance with shelf life (16.66%); and finally, non-hermetic sealing, with 10%.Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de servicio y satisfacción que se brinda a los usuarios que acuden a la botica Inkafarma en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. The research method applied was deductive, with a quantitative approach. The research design was non-experimental, since no variables were manipulated. The sample consisted of 385 users who attended the Inkafarma pharmacy and received services at this pharmaceutical establishment. The instrument was validated by experts in the field and was applied directly to the users.Publicación Acceso abierto Estancia hospitalaria y percepción de satisfacción de los padres de niños hospitalizados en un hospital nacional EsSalud, Lima - 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-07-07) Rueda Bazalar, Carlos; Arispe Alburqueque, Claudia MilagrosThe objective of the study was to determine the relationship between hospital stay and the perception of satisfaction of parents of hospitalized children in the pediatric service of a National Hospital of EsSalud, Lima 2023. The research method was hypothetical - deductive, correlational correlational of quantitative approach, the sample is census with 422 parents, for data collection was used observation instruments and survey, the observation sheet, developed by PERU/MINSA/OGE-01/004 through the practical guide indicators of hospital management and evaluation, for hospitals, institutes and DIRESA, and the perception of satisfaction, SERVQUAL quiz modified for MINSA, the test statistic was applied: Tau-b Kendall, the results evidence that of the 422 respondents, 110 parents of hospitalized children have a stay of less than 6 days, being a short hospitalization, 128 parents of hospitalized children have a stay between 6 to 8 days hospitalized, which is an acceptable hospitalization, and 184 parents of hospitalized children have a stay of more than 9 days hospitalized, which are hospitalized with complications; Statistically, the alternate hypothesis is approved (p<0.05), that is, there is a correlation between hospital stay and the perception of satisfaction, of parents of children hospitalized in EsSalud, with a correlation coefficient of -0.839, it is an inverse relationship, concluding that the longer the hospitalization days, the perception of satisfaction of parents of children hospitalized in the pediatric service, decreases.
