Ítem Acceso abierto Cardiotocographic findings of the non-stressing test and perinatal results in terminal witnesses attended at the Ferreñafe referential hospital from january to june 2017.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-01) Zegarra Caro, Rosio del Rosario; Conde Félix, Alicia Mercedes; Ayala Peralta, Félix DasioObjective: To identify the relationship between cardiotocographic findings from the non-stress test and perinatal outcomes in term pregnant women attended at the Ferreñafe Reference Hospital, from January to June 2017. Materials and Methods: Observational, non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive, retrospective, and cross-sectional study. A review of 42 medical records of pregnant women who underwent the non-stress test (NST) and ended in either vaginal or cesarean delivery. Results: 50% were at 38 weeks, 60% had between 7 to 10 prenatal visits, and 40% were primigravidas. The cardiotocographic findings of the non-stress test and the mode of delivery in term pregnancies indicate that 93% delivered vaginally and 7% by cesarean section. At one minute, 71% had an APGAR score between 7 to 10, and at five minutes, 100% had a score between 7 to 10. Conclusion: Obstetric history of the pregnant women indicates that the majority were at 38 weeks of gestation. Most had between 7 to 10 prenatal visits. Primigravidas were more prevalent. Regarding delivery, vaginal delivery predominated over cesarean section. The APGAR score at one minute was between 7 to 10 for 71% of newborns, and at five minutes, all had scores between 7 to 10.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores de riesgo asociado a cesáreas en embarazos adolescentes atendidas en el hospital nacional Hipolito Unanue periodo 2017-2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-31) Romero Quispe, Juan Vidal; Caycho Valencia, Felix AlbertoEl trabajo de investigación, nació con la necesidad de reducir los factores clínicos asociados a parto por cesárea en gestantes adolescentes, conociendo la investigación se podrían reducir posibles complicaciones. Objetivo: Establecer los factores clínicos asociados a parto por cesárea en gestantes adolescentes atendidas en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue 2017 - 2021. Materiales y métodos: Estudio observacional, Retrospectivo y transversal. Para el estudio de la muestra se utilizó la técnica de muestreo no probabilístico y por conveniencia, y estuvo conformado por 134 gestantes adolescentes en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue del 2017 a 2021. Para el estudio se utilizó la observación de las fichas de recolección de datos, las cuales permitieron hallar los resultados mediante los programas estadísticos como el Excel y el spss, el análisis estadístico para la prueba de hipótesis se aplicó la prueba Pearson. Resultados: Con un nivel de confiabilidad del 95% y un error del 5% para 1 grado de libertad se establece un valor de correlación de 9,09, y una significancia de 0,004 siendo dicho valor menor al P valor establecido por lo que se acepta la hipótesis de investigación y se rechaza la hipótesis nula.Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of pregnant women about the care they receive during obstetric psychoprophylaxis sessions at Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, June-July 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-06) Mendoza Peña, Nataly Milagros; Morales Alvarado, Sabrina YnésIn the present study, a methodology is used to determine the sociodemographic, cultural, and economic characteristics of women over 18 years old who had an abortion at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital between January and October of 2015. It was revealed that the sociodemographic characteristics include: early age, cohabiting marital status, secondary education level, currently working, being from the coastal region, residing in El Agustino, and experiencing psychological family pressure due to economic instability. Additionally, the cultural characteristics highlighted include: machismo, due to the lack of partner participation in household chores, a situation unfortunately justified by the respondents; and the Catholic religion, which most respondents profess. Finally, the most notable economic characteristics are: a monthly income between 600 and 1000 soles, monthly expenses less than 600 soles, three people living in the household, no economic dependency, two family members contributing to household expenses, and living in a brick-built house.
