Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo en el profesional de enfermería de una clínica privada de Lima, 2024

Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between effective communication and teamwork in the nursing professional of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2024. Methodology: The method was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design and level correlational. The population was made up of 90 nurses. The technique was the survey and two validated instruments. Results: It is evident that the effective communication of the nursing professional was medium level 60%, high 20% and low 20%; Likewise, teamwork was regular level 56.7%, efficient 23.3% and poor 20%. According to the Spearman Correlation Test, there is a statistically significant relationship between effective communication and nursing teamwork (Rho = 0.951, p = 0.001); between the transmitting dimension of institutional culture and nursing teamwork (Rho = 0.880, p = 0.001); between the source dimension of staff motivation and nursing teamwork (Rho = 0.884, p = 0.001); and between the facilitating dimension in conflict resolution and nursing teamwork (Rho = 0.848, p = 0.001). Conclusions: A positive and very good relationship was determined between effective communication and teamwork in the nursing professional of a Private Clinic in Lima, as well as according to dimensions that transmit the institutional culture, source of motivation of the staff and facilitator in the conflict resolution with nursing teamwork.

Efectividad del uso de guantes dobles comparado al uso de guantes simples en hospitales para disminuir lesiones percutáneas e infecciones cruzadas en el personal de salud

Objetivo: Sistematizar la evidencia sobre la efectividad del uso de guantes dobles comparado al uso de guantes simples en hospitales para disminuir lesiones percutáneas e infecciones cruzadas en personal de salud. Materiales y Métodos: revisión sistemática, se eligieron 10 artículos de texto completo, donde 1 pertenecen a Finlandia, 2 a EE.UU., 1 a Nigeria, 2 a China, 2 a España, 1 a México y 1 a Reino Unido respectivamente. Se revisaron estudios de tipo cuantitativo y diseño correspondientes a revisiones sistemáticas (4) Prospectivo (2), Ensayo Clínico (3) y Experimental (1). Resultados: De los artículos revisados, el 100% señalan que el uso de guantes dobles comparado al uso de guantes simples en hospitales es más efectivo en cuanto a la protección y disminución de lesiones percutáneas e infecciones cruzadas. Conclusiones: El uso de guantes dobles o de doble capa disminuye considerablemente la incidencia de lesiones percutáneas y por ende reduce definitivamente las infecciones cruzadas por la exposición de agentes patógenos.

Gestión del talento humano y desempeño laboral de enfermeras de sala de operaciones del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, 2022

The present study entitled "Human talent management and job performance of operating room nurses from the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, 2022, set out to establish whether human talent management is related to the job performance of operating room nurses. (SOP) of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases (INEN). Regarding the methodology, the study was framed in the quantitative approach, the type of applied research, non-experimental cross-sectional design and correlational scope, there was a population of 80 nurses from the service in the operating room of the Surgical Center. of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, the sample was made to the entire population since it was within the reach of the researcher, the technique was the survey with its instrument the questionnaire which had a high level of validity and reliability. The main result obtained according to 77.5% of nurses indicated that there is good management of human talent and another 91.3% of nurses affirmed that there is a good job performance in the operating room of the Surgical Center of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases. Then, it was concluded that Human Talent Management has a moderate relationship with the job performance of operating room nurses at the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, in 2022 (Rho=0.658; p<0.05).
