Análisis del perfil de egreso del programa doctorado en salud de una universidad privada de Lima y su aporte a la responsabilidad social universitaria

The educational programs are structured in order to provide the student with a comprehensive training with an analytical and reflective attitude, taking into consideration their relationship with the environment and the community. University social responsibility (RSU) is present in the training of students in a transversal way, in their: Responsible campus, professional and civic training, social management of knowledge and social participation. RSU is a commitment that all people must assume individually and with the community. The objective of the research was to evaluate the graduate profile of the doctoral program in health from a private university in Lima and its contribution to University Social Responsibility. The research was developed with a qualitative approach, the research design is phenomenological, the interview was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information. As a result of the study, it was evidenced that the university promotes the activities of social responsibility of the people who make up the university and include social responsibility issues in the development of subjects in the study programs in order to support society in the solution of their problems and the need to work on social responsibility issues in research subjects is mentioned. It is concluded that the doctoral program in health of a university in Lima, contributes from the field of health university social responsibility actions.

Autorregulación emocional y hábitos de estudio en educación remota de los estudiantes de fisioterapia de una universidad de Lima, 2021

The present research aimed to analyze the relationship between emotional self-regulation and study habits during remote education in Physical Therapy students at a university in Lima, 2021. It is a quantitative study with a non – experimental – cross – sectional design (Arispe et al., 2020). In this studio participated 103 students, of which 58.3% were female and 58.3% took 4 to 6 online courses. The instruments applied were the Emotional SelfRegulation Questionnaire (ERQ) adapted to Peru by Gargurevich and Matos (2010) with 10 items and the Inventory of Study Habits CSM 85 Review (Vicuña, 2014) with 55 items. The results found show a significant, negative and low correlation between cognitive reappraisal and study habits (-0,96**). Likewise, a significant, negative and moderate relationship between suppression and study habits was determined (-,474**). Finally, a significant, negative and low relationship between Emotional Self-Regulation and study Habits is concluded with a Spearman coefficient of (-,389**).

Gestión del conocimiento y toma de decisiones, Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, Perú 2023

The present thesis has had as object of study Establishing the relationship between knowledge management and organization in decision-making Superior Court of Justice of Lima, 2023. For which a study has been developed under a quantitative approach of relational level with nonexperimental design. The study sample consisted of 60 employees of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima. As instruments, two questionnaires of 31 and 18 items respectively with a Likert scale were used, which were validated by five experts in public management and in the reliability analysis. Cronbach's Alpha coefficients greater than 0.7 were obtained, which allowed us to affirm that the instruments were adequate for the application. After statistical processing, by using the "Pearson's Coefficient" test, a correlational value (r = 0.590) was obtained by finding and a value of (p = 0.000) as significance of the test, the latter being less than the allowed limit error. of 0.05, which allowed accepting H1. In this sense, there is a significant statistical relationship between knowledge management with decision-making in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, Peru 2023.

Influencia del proceso de gestión del conocimiento y logro de competencias didácticas en estudiantes de la universidad nacional de Cañete-2021

Knowledge management tested new improvements and monitoring, acquired an expressive importance as an alteration factor, stimulated innovation and above all caused improvements in decision-making by creating new knowledge, its objective was to determine the influence of the knowledge management process and achievement of didactic competences in students of the National University of Cañete-2021, it was carried out with a hypothetical deductive methodology of the applied type with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design and level: descriptivecorrelational with a sample of 90 students from the school of Tourism and Hospitality administration, applying a questionnaire. It was obtained as an analyzed and statistically proven result that there is influence in the knowledge management process and the achievement of the didactic competences of the students of the tourism and hotel administration career of the National University of Cañete, with a statistically significant correlation of 0.920. Therefore, taking into account the coefficient of variability (r2 = 0, 846), it is assumed that the knowledge management process is determined by 84.6% with the achievement of didactic competences in the students of the tourism and hospitality career. from the National University of Cañete.

Medición y valoración del capital intelectual con el modelo navegador Skandia para incrementar la rentabilidad caso: AJEPER

El presente trabajo de investigación es desarrollado para la empresa peruana AJEPER, dedicada a la elaboración y comercialización de bebidas gaseosas desde hace aproximadamente 26 años logrando un crecimiento sostenidamente en diferentes mercados del Perú y el extranjero. Su estrategia se basa en ofrecer bebidas muy económicas a un mercado juvenil predispuesto al cambio, del mismo modo ha logrado satisfactoriamente tener una gran red de distribución en grandes ciudades incluyendo ciudades remotas donde su competencia no llega. Si bien la situación en general de la empresa es buena algunas situaciones ameritaron el presente trabajo de investigación, por ejemplo: a) que Los costos de ventas en el ejercicio 2014 se han incrementado, b) que no exista un control de las operaciones por parte del servicio al cliente, c) no existe un control del capital Humano en la Organización, entre otras. Se procedió a la evaluación y análisis de la situación presentada determinándose que el problema que atraviesa la empresa es que AJEPER no conoce sus activos intangibles y por lo tanto no conoce que actividades o procesos internos puede y debe cumplir de manera óptima, para conservar y generar, valor añadido para el logro de la rentabilidad requerida por el grupo. El proyecto ayuda a conocer el capital intelectual en la organización a través de la medición de los indicadores planteados, ya que reflejarán la realidad de la empresa en base a las competencias (conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes) que desarrollan los empleados, para la solución de la productividad y rentabilidad de la corporación. A esto se le denomina Capital Intelectual, considerado como un activo intangible, que debe medirse para establecer el valor que representa en la empresa. En particular el Navegador de Skandia, es un modelo que muestre una serie de índices que permite medir y valorizar el capital intelectual, y los cuales son fácilmente adaptables a cualquier tipo de empresa. La implementación del proyecto ayudará a potenciar la toma de decisiones del departamento comercial, contribuyendo al ahorro de costos y el incremento de las ventas al conocer claramente las fortalezas de la organización. Los indicadores ayudarán a monitorear los procesos principales de la empresa, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones con respecto a medidas de acción para contrarrestar algún problema en los procesos que involucran el departamento. Se concluye que el proyecto es factible desde el punto de vista técnico, económico y financiero de acuerdo a los criterios realizados anteriormente.

Nivel de conocimiento y acciones preventivas del Covid-19 en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada en Lima, 2022

The objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the preventive actions of COVID-19 in nursing students from a private university in Lima in 2022. This research is of an applied type, correlational level, non-experimental design, observational, analytical and transversal. We worked with a population of 358 students in the 5th year of the nursing career. The sample consisted of 156 students. For data collection, the questionnaire on the level of knowledge of the students called C-Covid19 was used, the SPSS v25.0 was used for data processing. Having as a result that the average age of the participants is 30 years, of which 80.8% of the population are only women; the level of knowledge that women have is low (81.8%). Regarding preventive actions, they had medium knowledge (79.1%). The normality analysis (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) indicates that there is no normal distribution in any of the dimensions, on the other hand, the bivariate analysis showed a significant p-value between the level of knowledge about the COVID-19 disease and the actions preventive (p-value = 0.042). In the findings of other investigations, it was found that the majority had an association between knowledge and preventive actions, which is not evidenced in the present study. It is concluded that the level of knowledge that 5th year students have was not statistically significantly associated between the level of knowledge about the characteristics of SARS-CoV2 and preventive actions.

La robótica educativa y su influencia en el aprendizaje colaborativo a partir del fortalecimiento del pensamiento tecnológico, en estudiantes de educación distrital de Bogotá 2021

The main objective of this research study was to determine how educational robotics influenced collaborative learning and strengthened the technological thinking of the students of the District Educational Institutions of Bogotá. To this end, the implementation of the proposal "Programming for Boys and Girls " of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies was developed. Regarding the methodology worked, a quantitative proposal was developed, of an applied type, with explanatory level and longitudinal cut. An emphasis was placed on intervention in the classroom, through workshops that carried out activities in which students had to become familiar with elements, concepts, materials and tools of robotics, through collaborative and participatory approaches that encourage knowledge management, teamwork and interaction. In order to know the perception of the students regarding the study variables, a survey instrument was applied, designed, validated and contextualized to the population to be intervened. This instrument was applied in two different moments of time. The first before the students participated in the workshops; and the second, after this training. The results obtained were more than satisfactory, the students expressed favorable perceptions about the knowledge and appropriation of the study variables, in addition to stating the strengths, virtues, abilities and learning that were developed in the collaborative work of innovative practices with the use of robotic devices.

Sistema web basado en ITIL para optimizar la gestión de servicios de TI en una empresa tecnológica de Lima, 2024

Este estudio de trabajo de investigación profesional se centra en el desarrollo las mejores prácticas en ITIL para realizar la gestión de servicios tecnológicos en una empresa de tecnología en Lima, ya que actualmente existen deficiencias en la gestión de incidencias y requerimientos en la atención con los clientes. En este sentido, el objetivo de esta investigación es desarrollar un sistema web que optimice la gestión de servicios de TI, utilizando la estructura de referencia ITIL. Para ello, se plantean varios objetivos específicos; primero, identificar las deficiencias en la gestión actual de servicios de TI; luego, diseñar un sistema web que integre las mejores prácticas de ITIL para la gestión de incidencias; después, implementar el sistema y evaluar su impacto en la eficiencia operativa y calidad de servicio; y finalmente, proporcionar capacitación al personal sobre el uso del sistema y las prácticas de ITIL. En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación adoptará un enfoque cuantitativo con un diseño preexperimental, utilizando la metodología ágil Scrum. La población está conformada 2 subprocesos clave de la gestión de incidentes: (a) calidad del servicio, (b) eficiencia operativa. Además, se emplearán fichas de observación como herramienta para cuantificar la calidad de servicio y la eficiencia en la gestión de incidencias antes y después de la implementación del sistema. Finalmente, este estudio tiene como finalidad contribuir el avance en la gestión de los servicios de TI para una empresa de tecnológica, ofreciendo una solución completa que no solo incremente la eficiencia en las operaciones, sino que también incremente la satisfacción del cliente en la empresa, así apoyando en el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
