Ítem Acceso abierto Characteristics of the environment, aggressor and victim of the alleged crime against sexual liberty in adolescent women 2018 to 2019, Peru.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-09) Pradera Perez, Lizbeth; Morales Alvarado, Sabrina YnésTo describe the characteristics of the environment, perpetrator, and victim in cases of alleged crimes against sexual freedom involving adolescent girls treated at the Forensic Gynecology and Obstetrics Section of DIRCRI - PNP from 2018 to 2019. The study population included 29 cases (100%). The method and design used were descriptive, retrospective, and non-experimental. Results: Characteristics of the perpetrator: 48% were acquaintances, of whom 50% had a friendly relationship; 52% used seduction as a method, and 31% resorted to abduction. Incidents occurred at dawn in 34% of cases. Among victims, 60% delayed reporting by days, and 35% by hours; 32% of complaints originated from DIVPOL NORTE 1 in Lima. Characteristics of the victims: 48% were adolescents aged 16-17 years; 35% had a history of sexual assault during childhood. Upon ectoscopic examination, 14 presented extra-genital injuries, and 14 had genital injuries. 48% had a distensible hymen, and 28% had a dilated hymen. Regarding access, 57% involved two routes (vaginal and anal). Conclusion: This research determined that analyzing the characteristics of the environment, perpetrator, and victim contributes to improved forensic case management.
