For this reason, it is of utmost importance to keep them in optimal conditions, which is why this study is being conducted. Objective: To determine the level of ergonomic risk present in the nursing staff of the Medicine I area at the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren National Hospital, Callao – 2020, where posture, strength, grip, and muscle activity performed by the staff during their work will be measured. Materials and Methods: A quantitative, descriptive cross-sectional study to be developed at the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren National Hospital, using validated questionnaires applied to 30 nursing graduates, with a non-probability convenience sampling method.
