This research work will be carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout syndrome in health personnel who work in the Mental Health service of a Hospital in Ayacucho, 2021. The research has a quantitative approach. basic type, cross-sectional observational design. The population group will be made up of 32 personnel who work in the Mental Health service. For data collection, questionnaires will be used for both variables, prior to this with permission and respective consent of the informed consent of the collaborators, the first questionnaire consists of 27 questions, while the second questionnaire has 22 questions. Consequently, it is necessary to implement strategies that allow this population group to be provided with more humanized and specialized care at the home level, with individual, family and community interventions. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of palliative care and the satisfaction of oncology patients in the home care service in an EsSalud Hospital, Lima - 2021. Study with a quantitative approach, correlational level, transactional section and non-specific design. observational, to be carried out in a sample of 428 cancer patients receiving palliative care through the home care service (PADOMI); to whom a survey will be administered using a questionnaire structured by 24 questions that measure user satisfaction in 4 dimensions (physical care, psychological care, specialized spiritual support, and social care).
