Materials and Methods: This is a systematic review of 10 articles from databases LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, and PUBMED. The search was restricted to full-text articles, and the selected articles were critically reviewed, mainly consisting of descriptive and qualitative reviews from international countries. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 80% (n=8/10) show that benevolence, as emotional support, is an important factor in interpersonal relationships in personnel management within organizations, facilitating trust between nursing professionals. Conclusions: Regarding the benefits for the nursing profession, benevolence is essential in fostering trust within organizations as it facilitates high performance, cooperation, and job satisfaction among workers.
